The Espanyol and Camaroonian international goalkeeper Carlos Kameni is all set to join us according to this article (in French) - http://www.footafrica365.fr/infos-pays/cameroun/article_536888_Fulham-Kameni-c-est-presque-fait.shtml (http://www.footafrica365.fr/infos-pays/cameroun/article_536888_Fulham-Kameni-c-est-presque-fait.shtml)
If this is true then surely one of Schwarzer or Stockdale is on their way. Suprised to see Jol make a decision like this without looking properly at either player first. Here's a rough translation provided by Google:
Some Indomitable Lions are this Saturday at Batoufam, a village in western Cameroon to the burial of the father of Geremi Sorel Njitap, former glory of the national team. Among the players who made the trip, figure Idriss Carlos Kameni. The goalkeeper of Espanyol took the opportunity to give to relatives, he would fly at the end of the weekend for England to refine its new contract with Fulham. "He told us that 99%, it would no longer play in Spain (or his contract with Espanyol runs until June 2013, ed), his contact with Fulham and Tottenham and everything is almost signed with Fulham, "said Footafrica365.fr to a member of the management of the Football Club APEJ Mfou, D2 team founded by international goalkeeper. The latter will also tomorrow Sunday at the stage of Mfou to encourage his foals, who dispute a crucial match in the context of the rise in the first division. APEJ FC, in existence for less than five years, is the current leader of the National Championship second division.
