Some lovely runs leaving defenders in his wake, couple of nice shots to. If only he'd have tucked that one away just after Briggs goal instead of scuffing it. And a great run in the second half where he ghosted past loads of them, for a minute i thought he might go on to score and it would already be the goal of the season. Hope he can do it in the Prem, very exciting prospect :Haynes The Maestro:
Agree completely Mr Freddy. I can't wait to see him against Prem quality defenders where he won't get that much time with the ball. Top talent though. :clap_hands:

Probably not quite ready yet, but a few more Euro games and perhaps a loan to a Championship side might be in order.

We should keep him with the 1st team rather than loan him out, and use him as an impact sub to see how he gets on, but he sure looks good to me :54:

To be honest i think good Premiership defenders would have too much about them, better giving him game time rather the odd 5/10 mins here and there. Bit more experiance and strengh and we could have a real gem on our hands.

I agree with a loan, he looked great in the first half. petered out a little in the second but send him to Leeds with Stockdale for the season, really good prospect there. I'm sure there are some beady eyes already watching him, hope we have him on a long contract.
If he is going on loan then it should be to Brighton, at least Poyet like to play decent football

Good call.
He looked good against AFC Wimbledon too. Be nice for him to be involved with our European & Cup games but I guess realistically he'd not play much football for us.
Maybe a bit early to be letting him off on loan, might be better keeping him under wraps with the reserves.

+1
Haven't seen him before, i'm quite impressed. He's a great prospect
Is he Austrian or Swiss? I thought he was Swiss, but they kept mentioning he was Austrian.

They kept mentioning it was a soft penalty, Fred. :drums:

or let him run out against all the Europa League matches we have until we get to the later rounds, see what we got, then loan him out if need be.
I heard that he's still only 17. Does anyone know how old he really is?
Ouch - he is 17 according to this:

This lad seems to have a lot of potential.

He looks the real deal to me.
The first comparison I thought of was Steed but have now moved on to Nasri. I think he can be a part of the first team squad. I wouldn't be in a hurry to loan him out.
Most kids look nervous and tentative. This boy looks like he belongs.
Hes 17 and Dembele is 23. If we can hold on to those two, Im looking forward to see how they can play together. We could be seeing some very impressive attacking play in th near future.
he`s 17 and good enough giggs etc were like that were lucky to have him
The clips certainly make him look like a gem.
From a distance he looks like 'son of Duff' they even have the same hairstyle.
Also impressed with the lad.
Doh! I'm thinking of the Liverpool youngster. Old age galloping on.
:clap_hands: Very impressed with Frei, hope he makes a full time place in the starting 11 this season. Match him with Kakuta !!!! 077.gif

Kerim signed his first professional contract with Fulham in November 2010, keeping him at the Club until the summer or 2013.
I saw him at both AFC Wimbledon last weekend and on thursday night in Belfast. The kid is class. My first thoughts are of a Steeeed type player. He certainly knows how to dribble and get around players, probably needs to build up some strength though and learn when to pass the ball on to others.
The kid has got a great future ahead of him.

He's certainly swiss. He's playing for the Swiss Under 19s. Born in FELDKIRCH, Austria, parents from Switzerland and Turkey, raised in St Gallen, Switzerland and playing his international football for swiss Youth Teams. He holds both, the swiss and the turkish nationality.
And he's at the club since 01 Jan, 2010.
