During a time where we're so short of strikers in the USMNT, I think it's time for me to ask, :tom: is Charlie Davies. He's played well enough all season in the MLS to at least be in the squad, yet ... . He had some sort of knock when the Gold Cup squad was put together, but really. I just thought how much fun it would be to have him running off Agudelo or Altidore. There's only two reasons I can think of why we've not seen him since the MLS season began:
1. Sochaux requested that his football be limited while he's still recovering.
2. He's STILL being punished for being in an auto accident in which HE WAS NOT driving.
Does anyone have a third reason, or some concrete information?
Good question. I'm sure Klinnsman will give him a look - maybe in the upcoming friendlies as DC is probably out of the playoff picture.
