If Roy had spent what Harry has spent with the same result, we would be moaning our heads off. Just compare how much the two sides cost, let alone anything else.

As much as I don't like Redknapp and his methods he has had his moments. Taking Spurs out of the relegation zone and one place off Europe last season was impressive.
Relegating both Pompey and Southampton not so much.
