Title: QPR
Post by: HillingdonFFC on September 26, 2011, 09:34:47 AM
A lot of stuff doing the rounds about serious disorder on sunday ,loads of it utter tosh but heard something yesterday I`d take seriously . I`m a bus driver and had about six or seven 40 somethings get on at Adelaide Grove, they`d been to the game and I recognised one as being a bit of a "face" at QPR. They were talking about next week and trouble against us in the past while I was having a good old eavesdrop, apparently a load of are supposed to be meeting in the Suffolk Punch early before meeting up with the bulk of their main lot, where ? they didnt say. One of them said you get  muppets in there so no chance of a row but he said hes looking forward to winding us lot up.
Would`ve posted this on TIFF but so many knobheads on there now you never know what replies you get. So if its a regular pre match haunt i`d just be on my guard

They took over the Golden Gloves (OSP)and a few pubs on Hammersmith broadway last time, but they will get wrapped up by the Old Bill. The one's you'd have to take seriously are the smaller firms doing their best to give the Old Bill a swerve.  The lot in the OSP wil be singing and marching as a mob , but kowing they are going to be escorted, plastics really  :028:

Probably right, although these weren`t your chanting posturing kid types, as I said one is a proper herbert. A load supposed to be heading for the Durrell too which isnt a surprise

Lets be honest, if it does kick off on Sunday, our firm will stand no chance. why?

Because our firm these days are a bunch of 16-18 year old lads who are happy to sit drinking bottles of warm lager in the stadium. If the Rangers boys come into the pubs on Fulham Palace Road, such as the OSP, then I would fully expect them to turn over any of our muggy fans within

So long as the police protect the public I'm more than happy for the combatants to prove how hard they are(n't)

Needless to say: thanks for the warning. I doubt they will have a lot of "fun" though, but it is better to be careful nonetheless!

The Dukes Head will hopefully be OK given it is on the other side of the Thames.

I am meeting a couple of mates there for a pre-drink sherbert and don't want to get tangled up in any bother.

Might be a small bit of trouble in Putney, they know about the Brick.

They mentioned the Brick from last time, how a load marched up Fulham Palace Road but were stopped crossing Putney bridge by the old bill. Sounds right because were leaving the pub that evening after the game to head into town for a mates birthday and saw em all coming up the steps from Hammersmith station, pretty intimitading to be honest, reckon there were a good 150 or so right up for it and we had to walk right through them with our heads down, was expecting a clump at any second

It's a shame that I'm on holiday. Another fixture that I was really looking forward to!

Too late to cancel your holiday for a bit of local action, Mr Eq?
