Sadiku, Kacaniklic and Ishak get the chance
A busy period, waiting under-21 national football team. Three European Championship qualifying games to be felled in two weeks.
Sweden meets Ukraine away on 31 May, Malta in Halmstad, June 6 and Finland in Kalmar on 13 June. Sweden tops Group 2 with Slovenia in a shaky table.
Three rookies are in the squad. They are Helsingborg hill Loret Sadiku, midfielder and Fulham pro Alexander Kacaniklic and Cologne striker Michael Ishak.
- It's good to be under-21 coach when all players are regular in his national team and we have players who appeared in both the Bundesliga and the Premier League. Then we have to always get the big picture but it has gone well so far and I expect that will continue to do well, says coach Hakan Ericson.
Hopefully him along with Frei will get a bit more game time next season. International football can only aid his development.
I will try see the games. Hopefully he plays and hopefully I can update you how he's doing.
Before all that I hope that Fulham see to it that he signs a new contract!

I'd read that we took up an option and he's only got 1 year left on his contract with us so we need to act soon on this.
