IN!!

Jol is a great great coach and is no better coach available to replace him. Not everybody here wants to believe this. But this is the true! Schalke (CL club!) want Martin Jol to be their next manager. He is the No.1 and best option in their list!
Other clubs are jealous that we have with Jol a great coach but a ´little group´ Fulham fans really believe (maybe in their dreams) that coaches like Hiddink, Guardiola, Mourinho wants come to Fulham. This coaches are only interested in CL clubs and wants min. 15-20 mln salary in the year. How do you want to pay their salary? We don´t have money to buy new players. Come on plse be realistic. Give Jol the time to build his team and next season we will see the result.

In for the long term. Unfortunately the Jol out brigade are also those who like to hear their own voices the most. As in newspapers , bad news dominates over good.

Well thats a surprise considering all the negative posts, must be the same people repeating their mantra, the silent majority rule, long live the silent majority!

It is not necessarily the loudest voices who speak for the majority.

For me it's a question of long or short term.

Now is the wrong time to sack a manager but if things don't improve soon I'd want to see a change.

Does that make me in or out?

In at the moment, out in the summer if he doesn't get the team playing well again

Think many feel the same way. Voted in though, not a good time lay him off.

I think this has been done to death. Jol has no money and cannot make the team he has play. Jol clearly is not a great coach as his failure has proved. I will not vote because we know where most of us stand.

Listening to the game now so lets hope for a performance.

I'm locking this as tidying, please see 'Jol new in out shake it all about' thread for reason.
