Title: Tonight has been a good night
Post by: Rudolph on January 16, 2013, 01:35:43 AM
Great comeback from the lads, a Richardson goal to silence the doubters and an overwhelming majority in favour of Jol's regime on here.

It's not been a great season, so moments like now have to be appreciated.

A good night but Richardson has hardly silenced his doubters. Thank goodness he scored though

Anything can happen in the FA Cup.

When we got to Wembley in '75 we did it the hard way.

This is our year!

Right, where are my tablets?

He is a player of quality who has taken a while to find his feet here.  Played well on Saturday and got the goal off the bench as per the manager's instructions.

Sounded like we played well, didnt let the heads go down when we knew that a trip to OT was on the cards even after conceding late. Won the game with our most ridiculed player scoring a belter and our out-of-sorts captain scoring the winner

Cant complain really

Some people are saying it was only Blackpool, but you can only beat whats in front of you.  Any win at the moment must be good for morale.

So glad we won that one. What a terrible day 26th January would have been without a match for us but with Brentford at home to Chelsea and QPR at home to MK Dons. We would have been the joke of West London. Now we may just feature in one of ITV's chosen live matches.

Thanks for that info. For me it means a visit to a good pub in Walton on Thames with me and my mate the only Fulham fans there . All others are likely to be those staunch Man.U fans who have never ever set foot into the Old Trafford ground ( you find them everywhere)

It was an awful night, we were terrible and a better side would have scored a hatful. We gave the ball away cheaply in some dangerous positions. I know the pitch resembled an allotment and that could be an excuse for some of the passing but not all. Jol needs to sorrt out this problem which we continually do which is not do a proper pass. Some time I feel we could not passs the ball to a white shirt in the changing room. Just prior to the goal I was leaping up and down in anger and frustration at our inept performance. Blackpool were poor and their best chances were when we gave the ball to them about 30 yards from our goal.
