Interesting read. What are we going to spend the money on, transfers or Riverside development?
Surely the Dempsey, Dembele money Is paying for the new stand, hopefully this is for transfers which I believe it may be for
I doubt we need it to keep 'ticking over' as they say in the report. It's a specific amount though, (£16m) & repayable in August, so something's happening now.
Can't imagine it's for transfers because you're never guaranteed a transfer will go through, so why pay interest on such a large amount you may not need?
My guess is it's an initial payment to contractors for the Riverside work to begin. 1500.gif
I agree, probably for the riverside. They waited til now, I suspect, til the team is safe in the premier. Actually, not mathematically safe so 3 points on Saturday and maybe the digging will start on Monday. Good incentive for the team. :clap_hands:

Hope they don't do too much digging on Monday...we still have to play Liverpool.

Surely we would have £16m available though? I don't see the point in getting this loan in, as surely it just means it puts us into debt.
