Fulham Football Club has confirmed a new long term partnership with adidas, which will see the global sportswear brand become the Club's official technical kit supplier.

Fulham join an exclusive list of clubs who benefit from a partnership with adidas, including: Real Madrid, AC Milan and Bayern Munich, as well as several other Barclays Premier League teams.

Fulham CEO Alistair Mackintosh said: "adidas has a fantastic football heritage and tradition and I know that we will work well together. The synergy between the two organisations has led to a partnership that promises both brands a platform on which to achieve success.

"We are looking forward to producing a range of products that the fans will be proud to wear and featuring adidas technologies such as ClimaCool and ClimaLite."

adidas senior Manager Commercial Clubs, Steve Holland, said: "Fulham is a very welcome partner to adidas' strong portfolio of football clubs both globally and in the UK. We share a successful history together and look forward to an exciting, long and rewarding future partnership."

Excellent news. When we had Adidas kits the last time they were comfortable and looked good. :yay: Why couldn't the club have put a pic of the new kit to go with the announcement at the same time? Probably just teasing us.

Excellent news. The rumours of Macron got me worried a bit there...

Now we just need Fullers London Pride as the shirt sponsor, haha.

even chelsea and real have a template kit to a certain degree this season, just with their own colours. seems ot be what adidas do. i am not to unhappy, there are several to choose form in the adidas range, hopefully it will be nice.

sponsor wise it will be someone we don't expect, similar with the Fx Pro announcement.

I will have a guess at Pizza Hut

So happy we have a kit supplier that will make us a decent kit and hopefully some decent club wear. Gone are the days of proudly posing around the foreign isles with a Kappa top drenched in sweat stuck to my back like a tattoo.

I kind of happy about this. I really didn't like our last Pizza Hut kit. I feel if you look at them now it looks very dated. Though annoying I really like Chelsea kits this season. I feel its looks different in a good way.

If you look at the Chelsea kit from this year and the one for next...they've changed very little which is a bit disappointing, however, quality in the first place is a good thing!

As long as the crest isn't on our neck and sponsor up on our shoulders and no Kappa logo, it's going to look so much beetter.

It would be nice to go back  to the old crest, however placement is a big thing! I would love for it not to be on the shoulder and the advert about as half as big as the shirt. I say its a 55/45 swing in favor of us getting our own style instead of and identikit. Weve grown since the last time addidas had us, plus with there whole "own London push" it wouldnt be very wise of them to fit each club with similar kits.

Does this mean we could purchase the jersey when released from Adidas stores or on the net?

Adidas don't really do individual kits they tweak templates for teams but that's about it. look at this years real & Chelsea kits very similar. Swansea this season had the year old Real kit in their colours.

They have some new designed out but I reckon it will be similar to the west ham rumours, which currently stand at claret body with blue shoulders and arms, i think ours will be a white and black version of that.

Lovely, another bland generic template for us. I don't really know why all the forum is happy with that, give me Kappa or Macron any day instead of the bigger brands.

Great, I can finally buy some new Fulham gear. I refused to buy anything with that ********* logo on it. Adidas has some class, anyhow.

Now for London Pride being announced as the kit sponsor, and away we go!

Great !! Now I can buy a shirt that will fit the circumference of my personal bierkeller. Good riddance to that tissue paper of a shirt with the embarrassing logo (I didn't buy it as I hate Krappa).. Mind you my favourite shirt of recent years was the Nike one of the Great Escape season - I just hope I'm not tempting fate !!

My least favourite shirt ? Had to be that horrible Airness one - what were the club thinking ?
