Shows AMBITION for ya they need the support coz this is the Year Mr Ambition takes them down
It's a cheap publicity stunt. Most Stoke fans are banned from away games so they could take the 4 left around the country in a Mini Metro :005:
If we did that it would impact what we had to spend in the transfer market in my honest opinion.
Say for instance we spent the 23 mil per year tv money ontransfersand cold still break even, most would take that and pay to go to away games.

Next stop....The Championship!!
Come on. Be fair to Stoke. I read that and though good on them! Maybe for the first time ever, but you have to give credit where it is due
...fair play!

STOKE CITY are to offer their supporters free coach travel to all of their Premier League games in the 2013-14 season, the Club has announced today.
It is believed to be the first time any side in England's top four divisions has undertaken such a bold initiative for an entire campaign.
Coaches will leave from the Britannia Stadium for all 19 of the Potters' top flight matches, starting with their Premier League curtain raiser against Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday 17th August.
The Club is introducing the initiative on the back of the increase in their income delivered by the new TV deals, in a bid to try and ease the financial burden on fans who follow City on their travels.
Chief Executive Tony Scholes said: "As a Club we are conscious that following football can be an expensive business, especially at a time when so many people are feeling the squeeze financially.
"We work hard to try and provide our supporters with value for money which is why we have not increased our ticket prices since being promoted to the Premier League in 2008.
"However, we realise how expensive following the Club away from home can be for supporters and we're delighted to be able to offer free coach travel and hope it encourages more of them to give us their fantastic backing away from home."

Hardly.
I'd rather the club gave something back to the fans instead of lining players' and agents' pockets. I'm surprised it's taken until 2013 for a club to do this.
If it was for every away game, 20 x 50 seater coaches per game @ say £500 per coach = £190,000. Not a lot in the big scheme of things. I'd say money well spent
Well done Stoke City. Excellent initiative
Al frayed used to subsidise travel to some games. For me I don't expect or ask the club to give anything back, it's part of ring a fan for me. Has been since I was 7 so that's 36 years nowhere
