I hope the Fulham managers were watching west brom. They might learn what it takes to get a point afetr going down a goal. West brom were excellent second half. Gera was terrific. Was it Hughes or Jol who let him go?

Good point from West Brom. Bad point for us.

Hughes was totally reponsible, even after watching his first game and Gera score a hattrick against Werder bremen in preseason he quickly decided he wasn't good enough and rarely put him on the bench then at the end decided he actually was quite good and wanted him to stay was surprised when Gera told him to stuff it.

It was Hughes that let him go, when Jol took over he asked him to stay but was too late.

Was watching Gera today and he would certainly strengthen our current squad.  Should never have released him.

Wake up. Gera was shite for us but came alive during the late stages of the Europa league.
And that goal vs Man utd started from a shocking piece of control!!
I'll give him credit for the goal in Basel but he was woeful before that

Isn't it fully how people see the same player in so many different ways.

Gera was offered a new contract but it was his own choice to leave.

Sorry but you are so wrong, once the crowd got off his back and he settles from trying too hard yo impress he was a class act for us and we would not have got anywhere in the Europa without him

watch and weep, see anybody we have now scoring goals like that  26 secs, 47, 52, 1.46 ,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CW2Pvg-776o (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CW2Pvg-776o)

Gera was sponsor's man of the match. I thought he had a good game.

He was great for us in Europe, but not all that during the league. Best to him though

No the truth is that Gera had already committed himself to a return to WBA and although he was offered a new contract by FFC he would not go back on his word  :Haynes The Maestro:
