Title: Interesting - "no manager would have saved us with this squad"
Post by: St Eve on May 03, 2014, 07:06:43 PM
That appears to be the consensus. So whose fault is that? I know it is not popular to blame him but it all goes back to MAF. Once he decided to sell the team he acted as the business man he is and stopped spending. Loans and old players don't cost much. Did some great things for Fulham but in the end he killed us.

Yep. It's his fault but it's also his fault we had 13 years in the PL.

It's his fault, but also the clubs fault for not having an action plan in place to deal with it. Wrong timing, wrong advice, wrong people, wrong players, wrong investment, wrong attitude = relegated.
