Title: Orient v Rotherham
Post by: rogerpbackinMidEastUS on May 26, 2014, 03:22:33 PM
Watching that match yesterday put our lot to shame and turned the clock back for a lot of us.
Such commitment, energy, will to win, spirit and no shortage of ability.
Admittedly a big prize to play for, but so was us staying in the PL.
It also put to shame (for me) the embarrassing performance and tactics of QPR who didn't deserved to win.

Well done Orient (shame they lost) and Rotherham

For me it makes the return to a lower league that much more palatable and something to look forward to.

The day we have to play Orient again will be the day we realise just how far back we have gone.....:))

I remember going to Orient to see us play them in the old First Division.
