Just thought it was worth mentioning that he scored in the U21s the other day, in case anyone missed it, completing close to 70 min:

Not that I want to turn this into (another) Matt Smith discussion, but I feel that Taggart potentially offers a better alternative than Smith in terms of fitting into our style of play. In any case, better or not, once completely fit he does offer another option into what is quite a crowded area of our team!
Kit has already said when he is fit enough he will be loaned out.
I like the look of Taggart and I think he has the capability to be a very successful signing for the club amongst his anonymity and price tag. He's a natural finisher, and as you say, Taggart probably suits our style of play more than Matt Smith, but I don't think we'll see him this season, sadly with his injury and lack of match fitness a loan would be best for a few months.
Do think he needs to be loaned out for the rest of this season. Looks like we're still in for Chris Wood so won't get a look in.
Hopefully we sell Rodallega, get in Wood, then we'll have Mccormack, Woodrow, Wood, Dembele (+ Kacaniklic and Williams if needed).
Then loan out Dembele next season and have Taggart in the first team squad.
That's just what kit said in an interview. I have seen no news re woods for a couple of weeks. Where have you seen any news that we are still in for (or indeed where in as a fact) for woods?
