I think you can hope, but I do not believe we will make any signings as we are tight on FFP apparently
People only buy in the January window for 2 reasons
1. A proven player who may win them something (be it a title or promotion or Champions League playoff place))
2. In the hope of avoiding relegation.
Fulham are not in this situation realistically, and need to plan for next season, no one will want to buy the players Fulham don't want so it's going to be an end of season clear out and purchase in IMHO.

Think you're right. We're not competing for anything and we won't go down so not a huge point in investing unless we're going to lose a few key players. Saying that I do hope we sign a few just to try and create some excitement.
I think we will see a player or two coming in. But as there is no panic either way then it will be just to make sure the squad is strong enough to cover the season and push on. Leaving it all to the Summer is not a great idea. A bit of strengthening now is a good idea.
We will still be limited as to what we are able to do in the Summer window! The only way we might achieve the playoffs next season is to bring some better quality players and I can't see under the FFP rules how we are going to do that. Ok we might have a good squad of youngsters who in 3 to 4 years time might turn FFC into a very good side, but how many of them will be with us then? I hate to be negative but I really don't see how we going to get back into the PL?

We are not far off a playoff team with what we have. 3-5 players in during the summer will allow us to mount a challenge.
The FFP loss next season is being raised so will give us more leeway in bringing in players.
Like Kit says, if you can get the right player now, then you do it. All the more time for them to bed into the team and be up to speed with the club going into the next season.
If they are unavailable or just too expensive, then best to leave them be. I think there is still business coming before Monday.
