How good is a player? Look at other players who played in the same way? Need to replace a player? Who else is similar? What kind of a player is someone? See who else played in the same way?
Duff's comparisons are really handy. Hangeland's closest comp is Vidic. Zamora has some big names there too.

Wonder how Murph, Konch or Schwarz would work out...
...certainly interesting comparisons based on his formulae; like mattiesafer, with all the conjecture surrounding Black Marks' imminent departure it would be interesting to see who compares with the transfer requesting Aussie.
It does seem to show that our former manager got extremely good value for the money we paid out, as well as an ability to get players to surpass themselves as part of his system.
