Interesting reading slav pretty match comments about sess and if error get promoted we could keep him, are we reigned to Losing him if we fail to go up?
I think we'll keep hold of him regardless of which division we're in. He knows he'll get first team football with us, particularly in the championship.
And if we do remain in the championship, hopefully next year he'll be part of a successful team at the top end of the table.
I would like us to try & tie him down as early as possible with a decent, (silly-ish), contract offer because if one of the big teams do come after him, chances are he'll be offered really really silly money.
The club need to look at it as a longer term investment, because if he does go on to be as good as we think he will, that could be a huge payday for us when he does eventually move on, which he will at some point.
Whether we are promoted or not, I am confident Sess will stay with Fulham FC. He wants to stay, and his mum and dad want him to stay.
We can keep having these threads and reading the (usually rubbish) press speculation, but at the end of the day none of us are psychic, we don't know what's going on behind the scenes, until something actually publicly happens. If he goes, so be it, if he stays, great. It's best just to wait to see what happens and then talk about it afterwards.
From all one reads about him and having friends who know his family, I would not be at all surprised to see him still at the Cottage next season even if we don't go up. He seems very level-headed and I think he realises that he potentially has a long career in front of him and will play a lot more for a couple of years at the Cottage than he will if he jumps into a precipitous move to one of the big clubs reported to be watching him.
All the right vibes, but no different to any other player (except Johnny Haynes). If the right offer comes in he is on his way
If we make it to Wembley will he become the youngest player to ever play in a Wembley final ?
If he signs with us then the 'big boys' will need pay big, but I really hope that we include a future % sell on fee in the contract.
Because if we sell for 15 m but then in a few years he is sold on again for 40 m we will be mugs!

We'd all like him to stay BUT I think it depends on his new super duper agent he's just signed up to, he may have other ideas and maybe not in Sesses best interests but with his own £ signs in mind!

Although I have some sympathy for your feelings without being able to speculate this forum would be very boring.

True, but we've had this discussion so many times it's got boring.

I personally cant remember any quotes where he and his family have said that. I hope he does stay as I think he will develop a lot more with us and we will benefit greatly form that, however I have my doubts he will stay
I wonder if this new agent is because he is coming of age or because he is looking to move. I hope not obviously and think he will benefit for playing for us in whatever league we are in. I would offer him a silly contract as we are sure to make it back when he eventually goes. If anything it will be a nice gesture to a guy who could leave in the summer without signing a contract. Especially so as his brother is at the club.
Whether we get promoted or not, I think he will move on, sadly he will have people looking after their own interests before his! As a young man and who appears very level headed, I think when the offers come flying in Fulham would be stupid to refuse the best offer made to them!
I tend to agree dave others who he has trusted will put their benefits first. I think FFC should hold off as long as possible by stalling on the bids if this turns out to be the case
