You can get away with putting an overseas billing address with a UK-based account. Tried it with my standard Santander account (address based in UK) and a Portuguese address. This was for accessing stream to Leeds away near the start of the season, but can't imagine it's changed too much since.
Is it possible to get live streams of the games on the Internet seeing as its available to view in other countries
