Looking at this I feel we will let Woodrow and Williams go, try and make Norwood a perm, for the rest anything could happen.
Whichever division we are in there are gonna be loads of outs and ins this summer. Will be very busy.
Don´t forget that the summer window closes before the start of the season.
Leaving loan players aside, for their parent clubs may want them back anyway or price them too highly, I think that we'll let Woodrow and Williams go. Fred perhaps understandably may be waiting to see what division we'll be in, All the 2019 guys look sound to me , with Humphrys and JDT maybe making it to the first team (hope so). The 2020's are interesting. Will Djalo and Cisse really be kept? Fonte at age 27 really needs to contribute more (I'm not hugely critical of him but he doesn't seem a good fit for us at this stage.) 2021's are fine !
It's obviously too early to think about next season, but I think of potential new players all year around so hear comes a few names that could complement the existing squad.
Two (expensive) new forwards, Mitro and Zivkovic (Benfica)
Three more to compete with our midfield trio; Ki (Swansea out of contract), Van Ginkel (Chelsea loan), Lansbury (for depth, from the Villa bench)
Defender left (Target is likely to be Saints first choice in the championship next year so I think they will price him out of a move); Kennedy (Chelsea loan) and Cunningham (Preston)
Central defense; Moore (Reading) and Veljkovic (W Bremen, contract 2019)
Finally, tie up Fred for 4 more years.
A mix of expensive, cheap and loans. Also hoping that Our Manager and Mitrovic can help to attract some additional Croatian talent...
Williams will stay in Scotland having had a baby etc. Cauley will leave on a free.
Realistically if we stay in Championship Mitro and Target won't sign. Only Norwood would.
However we have players coming through e.g. Steven Sess, Edun etc.
We will probably still make the playoffs next year.
If we don't go up our five best players and Joka will leave. The rest of the squad is pretty irrelevant.
