Title: IF we have to play Millwall again
Post by: SP on April 22, 2018, 01:38:46 PM
I think we'd setup virtually the same & they'd hope to take one of their decent chances.  What changes would they make to their formation?

I don't think they know any other way. I'm not keen on facing them again. The danger is that they score from one of those long balls early on and the atmosphere becomes even more intimidating. They'd probably also not mind crocking one or two of our key players in the first leg, even if they have to risk a red card

If we play Millwall again, I hope they'd give us the lower tier as well this time.

I cannot see Millwall making the play offs to be honest.
There are so many clubs scrambling for last place, it's a dog fight.

I would love to draw Millwall in the play offs. I thought they were huff and puff with a severe lack of quality.

Have Kalas as part of a back three?

You can never tell in The Championship, but looking at the remaining fixtures there's a real chance that Brentford will get the sixth spot.

Didn't we try this earlier on in the season, and it didn't work?

Brentford, Boro, Millwall, Villa and others in contention. The play offs are going to be tough, Just hope Cardiff slip down into the play offs and then they are won by Brentford winning against Millwall at Wembley.

I don't think Millwall losing to us is an issue. To win the play-offs we need to overcome ourselves. We are good enough to beat any team n the league, but then we were last year.

If it were in the semis we should play the same way and expect to beat any team over 2 legs
If it is the final also play the same system which has worked for 22+ games

Either way it's a predicament as we found last year
