Some fans are pretty certain, I'm sceptical, they've lost 4 of their last 5, including Sunderland and Burton.
Having a read up on their last game v Boro, fans were saying they were flat, had no spark up front, midfield was missing, and some very odd subs from Rowett.
Only saving grace, is that this really is the last chance for Derby to cement theirselves in the playoffs, so, I'm hoping they raise their game.
Agreed, I think automatic is a fantasy and Cardiff will have it wrapped up before we go to Birmingham. Just getting ready to lose to Brentford in the play offs! Hey, not like I can be disappointed being this pessimistic can I?!
Their defence is awful so I wouldn't bank on it.
I can't see Derby getting a result to be honest, think they have already peaked this season and are on their way down.
Would love to be proven wrong of course.
I fully expect Derby to win
Derby County first and foremost will be trying to do themselves a favour, they have to. Otherwise a promising season is going to end in tears for them if they do not turn over warlocks outfit.
Let's not forget that Cardiff are not blowing teams away, far from it, they are just grinding out results which could come to a sudden halt v Derby County. As I feel Derby will give it their best shot as they have to, as well as the fact that in absence of any snow, there is no loved lost.
I just cannot see Warlock achieving a win at Derby.
So it's all still up for grabs until it's mathematically impossible.
I think Hull will be harder than Derby....

I think so too but we need Derby to find something in themselves to rescue their season and keep our quest for 2nd as a possibility. We just need them to avoid defeat. Come on you Rams.
Then we are all Hull supporters. Hull's last 2 games? Cardiff (h) and Brentford (a).
Derby are borderline pathetic and I have no idea why they loaned out Chris Martin again. Every year they seemed to forget the season carries on after Xmas.

I think your right, maybe Derby will soften them up by getting any kind of result, and Hull will finish them off.
Two defeats for Warlock will have him raging at the fourth officials for 90 mins.
I'm not expecting a Derby win but can see a draw.
I think Hull will do a number on Cardiff and open the door for us.
Cardiff will destroy Reading.
We need six points from the next two games as "we're on our way".

Not sure if I dreamt it, but wasn't there a suggestion we were to sign Richard Keogh last year? Just the thought of it...
Derby is bottling it like Leeds last year. I don't think, there're making the playoffs. If we are lucky, they draw against Cardiff.
After Norwich and Nottingham Forest giving up late goals and giving Cardiff points, I have no hope in anyone to do us a favor. I fear 3rd place and a rocky playoff picture.
In worst case we'll lose everything: playoffs, our best players and the manager.
And you know: that's football!
Then we are demooD. 😡💀☠️👻🆘

If that is the case, we just sell Sess and TC and do a Wolves with the 70 mill we'd get.
I genuinely think, Sess, TC, Fredricks, StefJo and Slav would leave at a minimum if we don't go up.
Obviously the much more enjoyable route would be playing in the prem with them.
If we get into the play offs we should be less nervous than the other teams as we know what to expect. The only other team that has experience of the play offs is Millwall. I would put money on us as long as we make it to Wembley as the bigger pitch will suit our game better that the rest of them. I am not holding my breath for the welsh lot
i dont think so , with the luck cardiff are having all season i expect them to win 1-0 or score in the final second
Warnock has managed to get the Derby right up for that game . sweet justice if his mouth should cost them dearly.
The fallout from the original game date and the Colin outburst,if that doesn't motivate derby then I don't no what will.
I had this one down as a draw but Derby's form of late would suggest a Cardiff win, thing is Cardiff (although committed) appear nervy as does Colin and the fans so it is evens who wins this. Hull have been my tip to inflict defeat on Cardiff for a little while now, so fingers crossed Cardiff panic and only draw on Tuesday.
I can see Cardiff winning this, Derby seem to be in free fall. 093.gif
I think Derby May have had more of a chance had they played the original fixture.
I have never been able to forgive Derby for their supporters denying us promotion under Malcolm McDonald. However If they manage to at least get a draw and hopefully a win against Cardiff City I will start to lighten my dislike for the club.
A win for Derby puts them back into a playoff spot. That should be enough motivation for them. A win for Cardiff means they only have to win one of their last two games to be promoted so they will be equally motivated. So I have no idea who is going to win!
I have to say there is more pressure on Cardiff! There must be nerves with us hot on their heals!
I fully believe we will win our last two games. Wormcock will be fully aware with our form! Two draws for them is all it will take!
Heart says Derby are going to put in a winning performance and move back into the play off positions. Head says that Cardiff are going to battle hard and grind out a win.
Derby will only be looking out for themselves. Why should they want to do us a favour?
Head says easy Cardiff win. Heart says Derby will knick it.
Cardiff will be absolutely going for it as a loss means as much as a draw. So nothing to lose in throwing men forward to go for victory. They will know a win means they've got one foot firmly in the Prem.

All Cardiff do is get their CB Sean Morrisson in the box for headers. I don't get why teams don't just set up to counter attack? If their CB is in your box, you've got a pretty good chance with the counter attack

Having watched them both play, I can only deduce one thing and that is that whatever the score, Football won't be the winner!!

I've bought six bottles of porter from the local microbrewery to sit through the game on Sky. Hope that'll be enough to numb the pain.

Fuller's Porter a Dark style of beer. You lucky man.
Me thinks you could be celebrating a home win for the Rams. 🍻
If Cardiff go up automatically they will certainly deserve it. We have been on an unprecedented undefeated run and still can't pass them on a like for like basis. I really hope Derby win but as they are really rubbish now and have been in free fall for months I just can't see it, however I live in hope. Mind you I also thought we would beat Brentford and draw or lose to Millwall so I know nothing about football!
Really hope Derby win tonight but have a feeling Cardiff will win 2-1
I really feel that Cardiff are gonna do them and the autos will be done and dusted tonight. However you just never know
I think a derby win here.
A derby perspective
I want Fulham to go up as it will be a reward for playing good, attacking, attractive football
I don't want Fulham to go up because it's the best away day in the Championship
I don't want to Cardiff to go up because I dislike their manager and their style of play, and they are from Wales
I want Cardiff to go up so we don't have anything to do with them next season.

From a Derby perspective
I want Derby County to go up because I want Premier League Football next season, and all the millions of English Pounds it will bring to Derby County, therefore attracting better quality players, and all the publicity and promotions and sponsorship that goes with it, including attracting bigger crowds.
