Title: PFA awards tonight
Post by: BedsFFC on April 22, 2018, 08:17:06 PM
I just had a look at twitter to see how young Ryan was being received. Jesus, there are some horrible little people around.

People commenting on him and his girlfriend and some downright scummy comments. Ryan is a month younger than my son and I don't know how he'd deal with comments like this.

I hadn't realised how much Ryan, his brother and the people close to them all need protecting. Hope he doesn't read it...but he's 17, so I'm sure he does.

I love football but it doesn't half attract some of the worst sort of people. Present company excluded

Just had a look & you're right, more than likely written by scum - all very big, tough & outspoken from a dark corner of their bedroom & hiding behind a computer screen.

Ryan probably has one hell of a good life style & likely only to get better, the sort of future the little p***s that writr this stuff can only dream of. I know which one id rather be.

Hopefully neither he or his girlfriend, (who looks very nice by the way), won't waste their time reading the crap written about them.

The Sun has repeated the vile abuse. That dogpoo rag is as bad as the scum that abused her in the first place.

It's very easy for people to hide behind a computer screen and say what they wouldn't have the nerve to say in public.

All the more reason why he should stick two fingers up to a big time move at this stage in his career and stay with us to continue his development both physically and mentally.  It's a little taster of what the limelight will bring with it and it's not nice.

The Sun is just reporting this abuse .
In naming and shaming these scumbags hopefully they will get
their punishment .Good old social media making this world a
horrible place.
Ryan shut up the Millwall fans the other night so hopefully
will just ignore these horrible people.

Scum..Really makes you laugh, you have a very talented young English player with a bright future,a steady girlfriend,he never bad mouths anyone, isn't a big head, doesn't go out partying at a drop of a hat, respects his club and family and gives as much when representing his country as he does for his club yeah really big of them...jealousy does strange things to some people..

Sane who won the Young player award is 22. Should not have been up for this award at that age.

Would prefer that we don't give these sick, mindless, gutless, people the time of day. Until someone out's them.

Sorry. Me jumping on my own thread again.

Just picked up that the Daily Mail are running this "story" as well. I know we are protective towards our boy but what can be in the public interest of highlighting some low life's making comments about a girls appearance?
I know I'm kinda guilty myself here by raising it but I am not a daily newspaper read by millions. They have mentioned the actual comments for their own benefits, nothing to do with protecting the girl.

Social media eh

They should be ashamed of themselves, born in caves.

From my perspective Ryan is a very nice young man who respects the club who saw him through his early years, keeps his head down and works hard. His girlfriend is someone from his youth and they keep a low profile. Everything I read and hear about this young man is always good and he should treat these keyboard cowards with the contempt they deserve. I would like to know how many have represented their country and have a long and exciting future ahead of them.

I had to go and look for the news coverage as I was totally unaware of this.  These birdbrains really are the lowest form of life. Pathetic trolls with nothing better to do.

Clueless inbred scumbags.
