Will he still be Cardiff manager in the prem?
I don't think he will by past experience!
Probably the 1st manager to be sacked after 10 straight defeats.
Keep him or sack him they'll go straight back down without major investment. They're simply not PL quality players.
For all that we knock him, that's his 8th promotion.
Not my type of football, but he gets clubs promoted.

That is the comfort we can take whether we go up or not, that it will not even take half a season for Warnock, Morrison and most of that team to either have been sacked/sold and back in the championship, or 10 points adrift of safety at the bottom of the premier league
Football is a funny old game, they were one of the favs to go down this season,so really its a great achievement on his part with the group of rag,tag and bobtails he assembled.

Yes Ratty has again worked wonders - personally I would sooner stay in the Championship than have someone so odious near our club

Same here, but he isn't an idiot.
You don't get 8 Promotions through being useless.
Well he doesn't come out of this season smelling of roses does he

Well they will have £170 mil to invest. FFP doesn´t seem to affect Prem clubs

and neither will Fulham if we play like pussycats again and don't get our finger out.
We can camouflage some of our shortcomings, but apart from McDonald we showed once again that we do not posses enough leaders or characters on the pitch when things go wrong, and that more than anything is the reason why we lose these kind of games.
So we have now got a minimum of 270 mins plus to save our season.
We just need to score more goals than our opponents over the next three matches, and I worked that one out all on my own.
Having just got back to Brighton from brum, have been thinking no mater what it's still been a great season and I'm not going to let anyone ruin the football I've watched.
I thought he signed a two year contract just a while back.

So right - so very very right -
In Joka I trust !!!
COYW !!
Cardiff had their moment of glory today.
It's Fulham's turn next.
The League Table does not lie.
Love him or hate him and the majority seems to be the latter he has done a great job. Well done to him and his team. It is not their fault we have to go via the play offs.

It is a bit their fault :031:
Let Neil Warnock have his moments of glory and joy. Whatever people may think of him, he did the job he was asked to do. He did it his way, and Cardiff City will not spare one thought on how he did it, he has made them a lot of money, and despite the fact that I do not like them one bit, they now have the opportunity to attract better players, but why any genuinely decent player would want to play for them I cannot figure out.
Oh wait a minute, wages and a lucrative contract. Money talks, and in football it talks very loud indeed.
He has just succeeded in getting an average team promotion to the PL, a massive achievement!
His behavior on the touch line and the attitude he fosters around him is very unsavoury at times but he's done it within the rules albeit blurring the line of decency at times.
It's for others to counter his methods on and off the pitch and bleating on about how they are not worthy of promotion etc is not dignified.
He was quoted today that his side would ruffle a few feathers in the Prem. He should remember that many Prem players are masters of cheating, falling about after a feather touch as if they have been shot. Thug tactics may work in the Championship but they will get found out pretty quick. Colin is unlikely to change his style from hoof ball to silky football . I will be cheering every club they play, even the Blue Poo.
If Cardiff want to attract good players to them they will need a "name" as a manager and Colin isn't that name. He will be replaced very quickly when things start to go wrong as the owner won't want another relegation.
Bitter fulham fans :005: You went on a 23 match unbeaten run and still couldn't finish above us, bottlers! Enjoy the championship and your horrible clappers. Small club with awful fans! BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOBIRD :beer:SS
The Cardiff Board would not dare sack the manager for a good while and until Premiership relegation is threatening.
He will hold his position at least until Christmas. At this moment he is the hero of every Cardiff fan.

Thug tactics :005:
We've not been pretty to watch at times this season and whilst we play physically, I'd hardly call it thug tactics or style. We've actually got one of the better disciplinary records in the league. It's easy to label Warnock's teams as this and that when you don't watch the team week in, week out. Some of the football we have played has been superb, we just choose to get the ball forward quickly from back to front and then play in the final 3rd. I also think Warnock is sensible enough to know he'll need to adapt the teams style when playing in the premier league.
What Cardiff have had and will be critical in the premier league, is a resilience to bounce back from set backs this season even where we lost 4 games over the Xmas period and including a 4-2 loss at Fulham, who were best team to play at the CCS. This is the reason why we have been promoted automatically. The question is will Fulham now have the resilience to bounce back from such a big set back as they faced at Birmingham? I hope you do, as you alongside Wolves, have been best 'footballing' sides in the league this season. The trip to Craven Cottage as an away fan is always a good day out as well.
Good luck to Fulham, thankfully we'll watch the playoffs from afar.
