Just bought a ticket for myself - if you click on the 'Find tickets for me' it takes you to a drop down menu- does that get you the  tickets you want?

No Ray just gives you the option to buy unreserved seats?

I have had a problem with one of my 2 season tickets today, will only let me select one. It will not let me select the one in my wife's name but did allow me to purchase an extra ticket for my brother to sit nearby. I have tried calling ticket line but been cut off 3 times so will wait until the panic is over.

Thanks, I have the same issue.  Then tried to call ticket office, received hold message. Then automatically diverted to TM only to received busy tone until it dropped to call.  Hope they fix the web which normally works well

You need to create an account for each of your tickets
You can use the same email address but each will need a different password but better to have seperate email addresses
Then go to your main account and add them as friends and family

Then give yourself rights to buy tickets for them

Hi Guy`s, managed by trial and error!, had to do a separate transaction for each ticket, lots of resetting passwords!, no extra cost as loaded on to ST, hope this helps, free postage to if required.

Utter shambles !
Same problems as everybody else, can't buy my friends and family tickets and can't get to speak to anybody 😠
Apparently we are suppose to have confidence in our ticket office people and Ticket master that are weeding out Derby supporters with a booking history that are buying tickets in The Putney End , not a chance !
There will be Derby in blocks P1 to P4 as there will be Villa in the Fulham areas if we meet them at Wembley, can somebody explain to me please how our ticket office can't be prepared for today ?
Absolute joke.

I couldn't get a concession ticket despite the account knowing I was a concession. In the end I gave up and paid full price as the costs were so reasonable

Managed to get tickets for the home leg for myself and my husband but not for my son who is also a Season Ticket holder - apparently he doesn't have enough points.  I thought all ST holders could get a ticket regardless of points.

They can. You will find the ticket in the reserved seat section of his account. STs are held until Wednesday

Away coach ticket advertised at £17 but I have been charged £22.  To be fair this is a standard problem that occurs for me.  I email the club and they credit me back the £5.  Hopefully they will do so again.

Son is a ST holder but has no tickets in the 'Reserved' section

Same issue.... although my daughters ST is linked to mine and I had previously bought her STs via my account I could not buy her Derby ticket.
Gave up and called the Ticket Office, raised the issue with them and don't hold out much hope for a resolution ...it took the chap a considerable amount of time trying to interpret my address and post code. Even said phonetically several times.

So, shambles when renewing my ST and now this... No doubt it will be another £uc&ing shambles should we end up needing tickets for Wembley.
The ticket office really is "not fit for purpose"....

But hey ho, I've got mine and my daughters ticket now  :wine:

£17 for ST/Member, otherwise £22.  Need to chose the ST/Mem option when purchasing. (not saying you didn't) but as it's the third box down it's easy sometimes to mistakenly click on the Adult option.  I have done this myself previously.

Would it really have been too much trouble for the club to have posted a simple tweet or to have put something on the official  just to let supporters know that they are aware of the problems and they are trying to resolve them,
The customer service at Southern Rail is world class compared to the Fulham ticket office,
Hopefully The F.S.T will have plenty to say this month on the issue and raise concerns over Wembley ticket issue should we get there.

Ok a setting has changed (By TM) and for this game only every ST holder has to either buy their own ticket through there own login, or you need to change the setting to manage account which involves logging into individual accounts anyway.

Thanks MJG - by implication it's Ticketmaster's fault then.  (As a slight aside it does seem to me that many are quick to throw rocks at the Ticket Office, when it's Ticket master who get things wrong.)  But as you have said, there is a work round, albeit fiddly for some.

Anyone still having issues with Family & Friend ticket purchases for the home game there are two options you can try:

1: Login and go to each person in your group under My Network and request a change to Manage their account.
An email will be sent to allow the change, it might be to your own email account if that's where its registered and if not to their own.
You/They would need to then login to the FFC account online as that person to select allow permission under MY Network.
If that account does not have an email you would need to set it up.

2: Only other option is you/they login to each account individually and book. You need to go into the accounts anyway if you follow option 1, but it's the only way to get it to work.
