Title: 8 years ago today
Post by: Jimpav on May 12, 2018, 11:50:05 PM

Was the biggest moment in our history and the end of our European dream.

Here's to all those who still have fond memories of our big day  082.gif

I'll reply Jim , great feat for us to have got there. Just the journey home sticks in my head when the airport closed and we were left behind for 5 hours with no info.

Still got all the fond memories of that run. Met some great people across Europe at the away games, many Fulham supporters who I still see now at Craven Cottage.

A massive night for the club. Drove through 5 countries to get there. The second biggest cup tourna in Europe and were were there. Even Fergie said it was one of the best, if not the best Euro tales ever. Very emotional for this old sod when Danny led the side out before the kick off. We should have won.   :dft001:

For coincidences when I got back to the Channell Tunnel the car in front of me was the same FFC fans who sat in their car on the way out.
