Title: liverpool tickets
Post by: Mike the White on February 14, 2019, 04:24:26 PM
I see the Liverpool game is sold out - unless of course you want to fork out 250 quid with a 'ticket tout' company. Hardly fair on real fans

and a lot of those £250 tickets don't even exist as shown at the Utd game.

It's really annoying that four of the five FFC matches scheduled for TV during Feb / March are at home.  OK for those who can't get tickets for the premium home fixtures but not much use to ST holders.

Totally agree with this. As a ST holder who can't make many away games due to cost, I find it so frustrating the number of home TV games we have as opposed to away ones.

Will be plastic Liverpool fans from London paying that sort of money.

What happened at the United game?

Not sure that I want to watch us on TV at this time. I paid for  24 hour Pass to watch us on Sky v Man U, and hardly watched any of it. I don't know if I will want to watch games coming up on Sky, if I'm not going  to the game.

At least if you go to a game you can shout and vent your fustrtions, and get behind the team.

The last game I attended was  home v Brighton and that was a great night, afrer only seeing us get 1 point in 7 games,  and I left the ground feeling  very positive, then look what happened next. Following Fulham should have a health warning!

I have a ticket for WH next Friday, but not looking forward to it, though, especially since I live  over 200 miles from London and will be travelling by coach, coming back overnight. But IF we win, that won't matter.

Anyone thinking about that might wish to google the mobile number quoted and see reference to a hospital in Liverpool.   092.gif

Wenger hit the nail on the head when he said players that sign long term contracts e.g. Ozil you are not going to get the commitment and passion as when you first signed them. As very few players have that burning desire to play season in season out with the same passion and commitment. Unfortunately these high wages they get paid does not match their commitment and passion on the field.
