I'm not sure how I feel about our form now. Of course, I'm delighted we have finally started to show what we are capable of but I am also a bit fed up that since we got relegated we have won 3 out of 3 and not conceded a goal when most the year we've looked like the keystone cops at the back! Why wait til we're down before we start playing football?? Is it all down to Parker?

Well pleased, cracking goal by Ryan Babel. A third clean sheet in a row. Who would have thought that.
Three wins in a row as well, 9 points out of 9. Good for morale, good for confidence, and good for Scott Parker.
Good keeping by Rico, he looked a little more confident, and a much better second half team performance, although it had some hair raising moments.
Good to see Alfie Mawson back in action.
I thought Scott's game management was good, and as was his substitutions.

Stuart Gray
Scott Parker
Anguissa conditioning better
Playing Tom Cairney in a more attacking role
Players are comfortable with each other[/li][/list]
Ryan Babel

Unfortunately it took all season for all things to align.    Key point is though, if you can keep the core of the team and management group together the team should be back up the season after next.

Agree with much of the above but why "season after next"?  The core of this team are very unlikely to remain for more than one season at most.

I hope that's one very hefty nail in Warnock's metaphorical coffin.

Brighton aren't doing their part.   So far Newcastle look like the better side with 10 minutes to go in the first half.

    It's still THIS season.

Next season is the championship season.

Season after next is the 2020/2021 season where Fulham will hopefully play in the EPL again.  I apologize if I phrased it incorrectly.

Why would the core not be the same if Fulham come right back up after a season in the championship?

I wouldn't write off Cardiff's chances just yet. Brighton losing to Newcastle.  Cardiff have a better chance of beating Palace and Man U than Brighton have of getting anything from Arsenal and City.

Can't see Cardiff winning another game this season.

Wish we could keep today's team for next season but the probable facts are Rico, Chambers, Babel , Sess., Cairney and Mitrovic will be off to play in the premier league or another top league somewhere.

With the Brighton draw I agree, they're done.   Shows you what I know about it.
