Title: Fulham's North American Best XI
Post by: FulhamKC on August 13, 2019, 08:19:48 PM
For me, it is:

GK - Kasey Keller

D - Carlos Salcedo
D - Carlos Bocanegra
D - Tim Ream
D - Paul Stalteri

M - Eddie Lewis
M - Clint Dempsey
M - Eddie Johnson (I know, not that good and really a striker, but playing a 4-2-4 is a little unorthodox)

F - Brian McBride
F - Paul Peschisolido
F - Tomas Radzinski

Not. . Hyndman definitely ahead of Eddie in this one. Especially if compared at same age.

Freddie adu - the most hyped journeyman in footballing history? Every season he was a bit part player for a new team it seemed. Going between the U.s and Europe.

Isn't this just about a list of every North American who has played for FFC? I mean, if Eddie Johnson can make the team?
BTW, where is Brian Ruiz?

It wouldn't be a good team, we would be too weak in midfield.

While I like the team, it would be a mid table championship team.  Now with that said, it's still a good team  :yay:

Scattering of Canadians and Mexicans in that team, don't think that North Americans would like that.

North America is a continent. Central America is a part of said continent.

Yeah, but no one really considers Central American countries as part of North America.

You should visit. Costa Rica, especially, is very nice. Picture Mexico without cartels, crooked pols, litter, graffiti and men with machine guns everywhere.

Well, I learned something today. Thanks.

So, let's drop Johnson/Hyndmann for Ruiz and play a true 4-3-3!
