Title: Well that’s a new experience
Post by: Beamer on January 20, 2020, 10:10:08 PM
In all the long and chequered time of my supporting this funny old club of ours I have never thought it would be possible for me to be sitting at home and saying "Come on QPR" and "Come on Stoke" ever, let alone over the same weekend (ish).
Never too old to have new experiences.

Agreed, It's crazy this League Beamer. Who would have thought we could all change Aligence so flippantly ?

Well, we are complaining about our players being too old but i just remembered that Stoke had a player Stanley Matthews that played on the wing in the now Premier League that won the "Ballon d'Or at 41 years old in 1956, "FWA Footballer of the Year" at 48 years old in 1963 and played his last game in the now Premier League at 50 years old with Stoke finishing 10th.

And that game was against Fulham.
