With grounds still not open and no Season Tickets yet sold why are clubs still willing to spend phenomenal amounts of money on players?

Last time around in the PL Fulham's matchday revenue was £11 million and the TV deal was £109 million. The TV money isn't going away.

Also reckon we'll be back in the grounds for the second half of next season.

Premier league income is huge, Advertising, TV, and Produce will provide big money without Bums on Seats.
The club should also be able to sell live viewing on FFCtv.
