A new car....white, plug in hybrid....low mileage
Adama Traore but that's a pipe dream. Play him up top if he wants, or on right. Just let him run and run and run.
Marcus Babel as I think he'd add some quality, finishing, pace, experience and a different dimension to our squad. Easy to fit into squad as he knows everyone and the setup. Probably won't happen.
Strikers. It's such a hard one here. I'd want two in and one, young, pacey, not so much the finished article or he'd be playing CL football. Maybe an Origi loan if we can manage it as the more established striker. Having watched him a few times now, he's not the best but for a free agent, I think we missed the boat on Welbeck. Would of done great in our system. Other than that, I honestly don't know. He's already helping Brighton get points too which is even more frustrating. Would he of been the 'answer', no. But he'd of been a great addition to squad.
Origi, Josh King, Giroud, Daniel James, Ighalo, Moussa Dembele (Lyon), Adama Traore, Hudson-Odoi.
Clearly some of those would have to be loans.
No matter what, I agree with OP, we need at least two attackers.
If Parker is going to continue with his current formation then replacements are needed for Cav. and RLC, they have demonstrated in a few games that they are not up to the task.
Origi, Reiss Nelson (loan) and Demarai Gray. RLC, MLM and Odoi give up their places in the squad.
Should go all out for Mariano Diaz, bit of a selfish type but would almost certainly give us the firepower to stay up and hasn't had a sniff at Madrid last few seasons. See if Areola can have a word.

Yeah good shout to be fair
David Brooks AFC Bournemouth is a quality player.
Origi would be perfect.
I'd like to see us go and get Ryan Babel and/or Tyrese Campbell.
One of the following would be great:
Patson Daka
Duván Zapata
Karim-David Adeyemi
Hulk
Falcao
Christopher Nkunku
Moussa Marega

Would be happy with any of those. Giroud is not going to happen though.
Adama Traore would be awesome but it's a pipe dream as you say.
I think the most realistic would be Origi or King on loan. (Although I appreciate Origi might be a little tricky- I say realistic because he's available on a loan deal- I think). Anyone know if we're allowed anymore PL loan signings or do they have to come from lower leagues or abroad?
We cannot sign anymore domestic loans, loans can only come from abroad
Luka Jovic
Demari Grey a good shout as would add quality and depth to our wingers, also still only 24!
Striker, I'm not so convinced about Josh King, not sure he would provide goals needed.
I think Origi could do a job, I doubt we would get him but players not getting game time ieninacho (spelling way out) of Leicster would be brilliant
Wins at Burnley & Brighton & WBA
Based of what I've seen of Adam Armstrong at Blackburn I think he'd make the step up to the PL like Bowen did for West Ham, and has the added advantage of being very good at penalties.

Duvan Zapata is a key cog in an Atalanta side going into the knockouts, there's no chance of signing him at the moment.

Demarai Gray is an awful player, Leicester fans have wanted rid for a while now.
Im a sucker for super tall strikers so Paul Onuachu would be my guy.
Realistically it will be really tough to get anyone of the right quality in, so prefer if we move on people who don't make the squad, reintegrate Josh and get Mitro involved in our system

I think he could replace Cavaleiro up top and do just fine. If alive, he is as fast as Messi back in the day.
So we have no money to buy and are only looking at loans. So that rules out every prem player. We won't get the top championship players on loan, so we will have to look abroad. Who's any good who will be willing to leave their club mid season and join a relegation scrap. I'm not getting my hopes up in this window.
Could be on he wrong board but in answer to OP - claudia Schiffer would've nice.
If push comes to shove and we have to pick between a RW or ST then we have to go with a ST. No more domestic loans available so we would have to look abroad or buy from the lower leagues i.e Championship. Armstrong at Blackburn on a permanent or take your pick on loan from abroad. Seen the likes of Dembele mentioned think he would be great but would he want to come back to us? Can't say I'm fond of him after how he left but he scores the goals that keep us up who cares. Thinking about it, free agents can sign anytime but are there any decent frees out there? I'd imagine they'd have been snapped up by now if they were.

Sturridge, mandzukic, bony, musa are all available as free agents. These are probably the best ones available and all a bit old but could do a job for 6 months

Literally the options there are : Sturridge, Borini, Alexandre Pato.
Sturridge again proved a walking (barely) injury in the turkish league last year. He's perenially injured, would be a waste of money.
Borini - yeah, no.
Pato - did very little of note recently, didn't do anything at Chelsea, couldnt get into the team, last impressive season was in China now let go after a season back home in Brazil...
So the free agent options are few and far between. IF Sturridge signed a deal that meant he only got paid his weeks wages if he featured in a match then sure. Otherwise, no chance what so ever, waste of a spot really regardless - he will get injured inevitably.
So....who know what our FFP situation is. But if we sold Seri, MLM, Johansen, big Kev, Onomah, Fabri, Odoi - we could maybe raise 12mil - 16mil at a push? Is that enough for a decent prospect striker?
Toss in sale of Kebano and Onomah to try and push that to 18 -20mil replacing them with youngsters Tyrese and Carvahlo?
what does 20m buy us?

Saw Musa but more of a LW isnt he, didnt spot Madzukic but he must be 83 now, hasn't been prolific really since about 2015. If we want quality it's gonna be a scouting miracle or a fire sale to create the funds it seems
I would like to see some English players coming in...
Whatever player we get would have to have...
Pace
Work rate
Some ability to score
A player that can replace either RLC (whose playing as one of our attacking players currently) and/or Cav. An interchangeable piece up top that can switch positions with our other attacking players, and press the opposing back lines when needed.

If we wanted any of those we would have signed them in October to allow 3 months to get up to match speed - I'd we sign them now it will take a couple of months to get them up to speed and we need an immediate impact in my opinion (I would have like sturridge in October mind you)
what about Shaqiri ?

Then there is the Blackburn Rovers pair Adam Armstrong and Jacob Davenport.

he doesn't have to be better than lookman, just better than rlc or cav. And he probably is.
Some good suggestions but please no old battle horse like Sturridge or Welbeck looking for a final payday.
We missed out on Bamford, obvs King or Stanislau are favourite targets but the Dutch league has some good players available not to mention both Denmark and Norway where fast, fit and freescorers like James or Borven are really good. More of a gamble but rewards can be massive. We want someone to compliment Lookman, Cairney feeds him well, we need someone he can play off.
Might be easiest simply pushing Bobby further up as we have a surplus in midfield in the squad who can do the defensive job too.Josh will be back, we have Joe Bryan and Kongole who are all avaiable next month.
Two forwards are a must if we want to survive. There's only one Premier League level attacker at the club in Lookman - Mitrovic simply isn't mobile enough for our new system.
Specifically, I'd like a creative RW and a goalscorer. David Brooks and Ismaila Sarr are excellent options out wide, but I suspect we'd be priced out. Demarai Gray or Xherdan Shaqiri may be available on loans. However, the former is unconvincing. Emi Buendia of Norwich would be my choice. Up top, Adam Armstrong, Josh King or Divock Origi would probably all improve us.

we can't have any more prem loans and less we can get chelsea to take Rubens back. And yes they bought sarr for 30 last year so will be well out of our range. But would have been a great addition

For me Lookman's decision making needs to improve. He appears a little too selfish at times, Sunday a prime example when a short pass to the overlapping Robinson would have seen Robinson through on goal. Happens every game; not a criticism, merely an observation. I've seen an awful lot of Gray and he has a better end product imo.

I would like to see some English players coming in...
Why? They come with inflated price tags and wages. I'm pretty sure the clubs with the two most English players in the league are Burnley and Sheff United .. hardly setting the world alight.
Don't want Sturridge, but an attacker around 31, that's currently playing in Europe (not the UK) might be the answer.
I'm thinking Ryan Babel from two years ago. No, I think Ryan has finally started to break down due to his age so I'm not suggesting we bring him in, but we can't question he was a good pickup two seasons ago.
Someone like that...and no, I don't think Daniel Sturridge is that player.
I know it won't happen but send RLC back and get Giroud, with him in the team we would be fine this year, he's on same wages as RLC, so that wouldn't be a problem.
We can easy play him every week! Would be perfect fit.
Why would we get Giroud (and why would he come) when we have Mitro who is essentially the same type of player rotting on the bench as he clearly doesn't fit Parker's plan.
Whoever we are getting (or not) needs to be ready to go for the 26th of January for the Brighton & West Brom games - 6 points in my opinion that will be crucial in the relegation battle. Loose both games and it will be very difficult to stay up.
Knowing how we run our transfers however it doesn't inspire me with hope
One player I`d like us to sign is Myron Boadu from AZ Aalkmar. One of the biggest dutch talents.
Erikson - loan
Buendia- 20m
Josh king 10m
Sell/ release - johansen
- mcdonald
- seri
-mlm
- rlc
