Title: What We Must Do Saturday.
Post by: Mince n Tatties on January 14, 2021, 09:59:26 AM
Is get into the Scum right away,if you see highlights of their matches their defence is all over the place at times.
When they get a goal against them, they start having a go at one another.
All is not well there, good time to get an early goal and upset the apple cart.
And as Mr Peabody's character would say.
"They Don't Like It Up Them".

Yes, I am begining to half fancy our chances at home against that lot but not saying so as I am happy for us to remain underdogs.

No he can't but a good chance to see what Onomah can do.

Agreed but is Onomah in the 25 now?
Who's dropped out?

I'm not sure Josh is ready to start yet.   He's not match fit at all.

Surely someone must have dropped out for Josh to come on as a sub last night?  Does anyone know the answer?

For the month of January u can change the 25 man squad for every game and once the window closes you have to name your squad .

So last night josh was in for mitro and on sat mitro can come in for rlc

I like the fact that in recent games we are leaving opposition players on the deck from our challenges more often than not when the ball is there to be won without being dirty.

That's not including players falling over at the slightest touch.

More of the same on Saturday!

against chelsea we must do the same as we have been doing in the last few games. Play to our current strengths. They are a top side with brilliant players so it will be tough, but with a touch of luck, who knows. Biggest concern is that clearly not all the squad are 100% as a result of the Covid issue.

Good to hear the commentators mentioning what a big physical side we are now.

They are not in good form. That can be good for us but it can also mean we get a backlash from them - they have quality and under pressure to perform they could give us a hiding.

But after our recent performances I think we have a good chance of getting a result against any team. I think we will go into this game with confidence.

Yes I noticed those comments also. And we did rough up Spurs a bit last night.

It will probably be Lookman coming in for RLC, giving a front three of Lookman-Cav-Reid
