Even though I did not agree with Anguissa and RLC starting, would have preferred Lemina and Bobby instead, Fulham had a good start to the match with both teams looking equal. That was until the 16th minute when Ihenacho scored.
I did thank that Cav coming on changed the game for Fulham and it showed as they had almost 70% of the ball in the beginning of the second half. Sadly, possession doesn't mean goals are coming and Fulham just never looked like they were going to break down Leicester City to get anything.
So, what are your thoughts on how the match went?

I like Parker, do wonder after this match performance how much more time he has at the club.
Meh, it's hard to be disappointed when a team is just better than you. Sure we have plenty to improve upon but let's be real, we're going down.
Very disappointing and actually quite hard to watch. I've accepted we're going down so I can watch the games relatively stress free but I was actually bored at times.
Mitro is beyond useless against any team in the top half I'm sorry. The bloke is a legend but he couldn't hold the ball up tonight to save his life, and we lost any high press in the first half because he kind of jogs about for 30 seconds and then spends double that walking. As I said in the match thread, if Cav puts that performance in then he'd be getting ripped to shreds on here but Mitro seemingly gets away with it, and he's also not scored a league goal in over 1100 minutes
11 Games Without a Win now.
We should expect to be beaten by a number of teams in the Premiership (too six or so), and Leicester are one of them even if they were weakened.
It's our failure to beat West Brom and Brighton and the like that means we are going to be relegated.
Nothing much learned today, we just haven't good a good enough set of players in general.
Well if ever a match demanded the twin threats of AK47 and Kebano that was it !
We continue to look as if we following a well rehearsed script that was missing a few pages. Not sure if the ideas are there once we get the ball when playing a good side.

Nothing learned today really.
Why should we expect to lose any game? It's not like we're a non league team playing Man City with their full first team out trying to avoid a 10-0 battering, we've got more than capable players that have shown we can get results against bigger teams. With the right tactics then we can set up to frustrate and try and nick wins against better teams but we picked the wrong players today
Sorry, but it's not the players.
One of the worst games ive watched all year, did nothing going forward, players doing silly little flicks and back heels and never hitting a teammate, Leicesters keeper couldve stayed in the shed the 2nd half and we still wouldnt have scored. RLC should never play for us again, biggest waste of a player spot in the club.
I think the current side gets automatic promotion from the Championship 8 of 10 times and gets relegated from the PL 8 of 10 times and we played to that effect today.
Boring match, but I think we played to expectations. 2-0 loss is about right.
I like Parker but felt BDR should have played, also felt a different formation was needed before the game. He did change it second half but too late.
Ok getting into promising positions, but then frustrating as there was no quality or composure. Mitro looked disinterested after 20 mins and nothing came off for Lookman. We also seem to have developed an aversion to shooting, instead preferring to pass and pass and we are dispossessed.
I think the performance was sadly reminiscent of the games at the start of the season, where we are just not competing.
All the tempo has gone from our play in the last few matches and too many players are off form or ineffective. We really need Anguissa. Mitrovic and Lookman to show some form, otherwise we are going to struggle to win even a couple more games this season.
I was hoping for 3 wins from the run of 7 games starting with Brighton and ending with Palace. I would be happy with 1 win based on the way we are playing!
LOL. How dare we lose the side that has just gone third in the league. The absolute state of a lot of the posts on this board are beyond ridiculous.
As for tonight? I don't think that we played particularly badly, but never laid a glove on a Leicester side that is comfortably better than us. Lets see how the weekend goes, I'm not panicking yet, we still have the time to do this.
Josh Maja - no pressure, young man, just score all the goals and keep us up......
Scott Parker has to throw him in at the deep end on Saturday to play alongside - whom? Mitrovic? Cavaleiro? Decordova-Reid? Put Lookman alongside him as a central front two? I could only listen to rather than watch this evening's game, but Lookman seems to have faded. Would he be revitalised by moving from a wide to a central role? It worked for Thierry Henry. I just don't know. Any (constructive) replies welcomed.

Should have loaned Mitro out.
Steady Mince you'll be getting a certain poster
all hot under the collar👶
Leicester demonstrated that they know how to create and score.
It is goals that count and Leicester won comfortably, can't see how Parker is going to break that pattern.

To the point and scarily right. Are you applying for the DoF job?

BDR had a knock against West Brom and Parker said he was not fit to play 90 minutes. At least we had an attacking line up ( 2nd half in particular ) but should have had same against Brighton and West Brom . Too late know but must not start another game with back five and go all out attack.
Well beaten by a very good Leicester side. Can accept being beaten by a top four side, but the manner of the defeat was very disappointing. West Ham game is beyond huge, if Maja starts. No pressure on the lad. :023:
The saddest thing about tonight's performance is the return of words such as 'toothless' in the match reports. It seems only a few weeks ago that energy, resolve and spirit were the key words.
The disappointment for me was that we never looked like scoring. Leicester deserved the victory on the night.
Aina for me has no positional sense at all, every game he is rescued by Anderson getting him out of trouble, Anderson must be fed up by now.
Mitro's timing and sharpness has deserted him, he just does not seem to pass the way he is facing often enough. Little flicks and back heals given straight to the opponent is no way to play within the framework of the team.
Lookman has to release the ball earlier, he beats one man or two men but then gets disposed instead of a simple pass.
Too many loanees is not a good recipe for a struggling team, and the prospect of going toe to toe with West Ham shows that it isn't getting any easier.
We are bankrupt of goals because the club did not bring in enough goalscorers.
Nevertheless we have Maya anther loanee, however because he did not come with a big fee, the expectations will be low and there is no pressure on his young shoulders. So he may be able to boost the attack, one thing is for sure he cannot do any worse.
I didn't want to admit it till now, but we are definitely going down.
Parker has moulded a team in his own image as a player: hard-working and difficult to beat (most of the times), but without any creativity or attacking flair.
Not getting anything from the Chelsea and United matches despite efforts warranting something seems to have killed us. We half-assed the Cup match and have progressively gotten worse since then. We look exhausted. Maybe a move to one match per week will help, but that's grasping at straws. What was most disappointing today was we weren't especially bad. We just weren't really ever in the match. We were set up overly cautious and played that way, with no real hope of threatening attacks.
