Only reds rescinded. Nothing can be done for yellows.
Sadly I doubt it. Referees are human and make mistakes all the time. But it is better to have a referee officiating a match rather than any old joe blogs. Referees should be given more assistance from the other officials at the game. They are mic'd Up here days so it should be almost instant. Is Wilson a diver or does he get clattered more than most?

Sadly unless the wrong player is booked yellow cards cannot be rescinded.
He was obviously fouled so should not have been booked and if I recall correctly the offender had already received a yellow card so make of that what you will! Personally the amateur dramatics of the defender in a desperate attempt to persuade the ref that Wilson had 'dived' were surprisingly bought by the referee. It was not the first instance when a physical challenge was used to stop Wilson's pace and direct running with the ball. Must be galling to a defender when an opposition player who for all the world looks like a school kid physically continually runs past you for what appears to be fun!
On another point I must say although it was a competitive match it was not a dirty one overall so surprising so many players on both sides were booked!
IIRC if he were to have received a 2nd yellow card and subsequently be sent off, then we'd be able to appeal the card(s) and get the suspension rescinded.
