I really like Silva's interviews, especially post match. He's on a completely different level to every manager we've had since Roy in being able to analyse the game.
Love the way we play, he brings the best out of all the players. Will be fascinating for he goes about strengthening the squad going forward

If we get promoted, it would be great to add 4/5 new quality players to this squad rather than building a completely new team.
I am very impressed with Marco Silva. I very much hope the reason for his appointment was to go with someone with decent Premier League credentials- that was very much my take at the time and I really hope that we can achieve our goal this season and he can establish us back in the premier league - with the new stand and significantly increased capacity the outlook is potentially very exciting for our club.
I like his quality and his humility - a really nice combination and perfect for us - a touch of class without getting ahead of ourselves.

Good words. The other word I meant to use and didn't was his respect for our opposition.
I loved in his interview today, where he was still very critical of our defending in giving them a goal. He is a real perfectionist and wants the players to be the best we can be
Yes agree, although want to see them over the full season.
For me it's second to only Tigana's Fulham.
