A few decent matches this evening which should be of interest to us. All of the following teams can still overtake us (mathmatically) if we lose our remaining 9 games (which won't happen).
My preferred results for following matches would be :-
Millwall vs Huddersfield (Draw or Millwall win)
Forest vs QPR (Draw)
Luton vs Preston (Preston win)
Blackpool vs Sheff Utd (home win)
I don't think the other match results will be of any consequence to our promotion drive.
Just switched on the Wall v Huddersfield match, it's being played like a cup tie, can't believe the pace of the game at 75 minutes.

It has been a very good match and the results in tonights games are pretty good so far for us. Peston 4 nil down with 61% possession, that seems unbelievable.
Sorry to see QPR losing but Luton are the team to watch!

Disagree sorry, Forest will be 3rd if they win their games in hand.
Good results tonight. No one is going to push us into 3rd place now.
So if Millwall win then Fulham's number to clinch promotion moves to 87 points if you consider GD.
Despite only getting 1 point over the past 2 matches, the number to clinch has moved down by almost half. Shows how difficult it will be for anyone other than Bournemouth to catch the club.
If Luton or Huddersfield don't win on the weekend, it would go down again without playing a match.
Magic number drops from 13 to 11. Not a bad night.
I will not list our remaining fixtures but Five teams are really bunching up for the play off positions and we have to play them.
And we will beat them all

Yes, I think the players will enjoy the run in & look forward to a well deserved break before next season.

With our goal difference the most teams can get is 87 points so we need 10 - Huddersfield and Luton excluding Bournemouth can reach that figure. Given they all still have to play each other included Huddersfield v Bournemouth and Huddersfield v Luton I believe 2 wins would see us promoted. Although I prefer that we do it in style with more than that

Forest can get to 88.
what happens if Huddersfield V Bournemouth and Huddersfield V Luton each finish in draws, where does that leave us?

You are right, missed them on my first calculation too. They have 10 more games sitting on 58 points. Means no matter what happens this weekend, the number to auto promotion does not change.

Laughing. They would all be then :dead horse: :yay:
Millwall have been great for us this season. 6 points to us, and many points taken from our promotion rivals. Cheers fellas.
Plenty of Injuries the Wall but they are still pushing for the play offs wouldn't rule them out.
