Now we all know where it is we can all go to the loo there. Of course the builders now can go and retrieve it and flush it down the toilet.
Best place for it - out of sight, creased up and shoved down a hole
I trust now this is public the scumbag will lose his job
I think when the Brighton stadium was being built some of the seagull seat patterns looked like Palace eagles. Quite funny really. I am sure if I had the chance I would stick a Fulham flag up the bridge without hesitation. Not so much a scumbag as a sadoo
Such a Chelsea thing to do.

Get a grip, this is universally funny and good banter. Imagine asking for someone to lose their job because they put the flag of another inflated sphere kicking game in the stadium.

He shouldn't of lost his job, it was just good humour. We all know we have a better ground than them anyway!
Does it really matter, let's face it, it's stuck in there and will never be seen.

Over the top reaction if true.
Could make it part of the Cottage tour and have a find filth flag competition at the end.
When Roman Emperors invaded various lands, the locals were required to pay 'tribute',
I suppose we can consider it a form of 'tribute' and we'll just collect the 6 points later in the season.
Also easy to locate, video gives location away.

It was deemed as gross misconduct.
In another century he would have been lined up against the wall and shot, then buried, then dug up and shot again.
Some might have just thrown him to the Lions.
But that's one Chelsea supporter who has had the grin taken off of his face.
For me if i was his boss, i would be fresh out of mercy, but give him a Final Warning and a rollocking and make him put in writing and sign it that he swears to a life long allegiance to Fulham FC
Sacking somebody for that is a bit much, he was only having a laugh.
His next interview is going to be fun,
Potential Employer - 'Why did you get sacked?',
Chelsea Fan - 'ummmmmmm, because I played a joke'
Potential Employer - 'What did you do?'
Chelsea Fan - 'Plant a Chelsea flag in Fulham's new stand'
Potential Employer - Rolls around laughing.

Well the terrible flag is providing a little extra insulation, hard to think of a better use for it.

What a shame, fortunately labourers always have work. But this is standard building site banter and unfortunately football tribalism means his kids having a jobless father is the rightful justification for a good laugh.

No the emissions would be worse than from ordinary materials.

Lost his job, or the company simply moved him to another job site....knowing the trade, he's just working on another site now to avoid any further upsets.

What a humourless world we now live in.
He made the mistake of filming it and putting it out there. This sort of thing has always happened, secretly, as just a joke amongst mates. Years later someone might remark to a mate in a pub - 'do you know what's buried under concrete at the Shed End? - a Fulham shirt.'
But this company will be thinking 'what if a prospective client sees this?' - they might give the contract to someone else, bad for our reputation anyway.'
Whatever, things have changed these days -this is big business, no time for humour: they don't care about this bloke, he's probably broken the terms of his contract in some way, soon get another body in to do his job.
Few unions, of course, especially in the building trade.
