Brentford seem to play everyone when they're off form. I guarantee Leicester and United will be firing when we play them!!

I just hope we turn up against Brentford. They need bringing down a few pegs.

Just saw on skysports Brentford fans are signing, 'You're going down with the Fulham.' "At least Fulham have a point this season."

They really don't like us do they.. can't wait to play them next week

Can't believe what I'm seeing.  Manure is the only way to describe how they are playing.  But as you say, they'll be playing well again by the time we play them  :016:

Man United are utterly shite!

Brentford are bullying them as teams have to to survive if they have not got the money to compete.
Brentford are taller and physically stronger and Fulham must take note, by the way it's 4 0

Agree.  He should just get up, and walk straight down the tunnel.  He should probably also call ahead and have his belongings sent home from his office.

Love to hear the commentary team on Sky Sports bleating about how much money it costs to come down to watch Manure, and the fact they are getting beaten....*,**

•   Most of them come from down here anyway, and;
••. Why is it a God-given right for Manure to win every game?

They were playing well when he came back, and everything had to revolve round him,the likes of Lingaard,Martial and Rashford all lost their game when Ronaldo played.

Latest odds on relegation Brentford 13/5 (ridiculously low), Brighton 10/1 (probably about right but on the low side) and us 15/8 (generous), my banker bet would be Bournemouth at 4/7 to go down!

In the Prem no two performances are the same. We may play poorly or well. If we play well than we will get a result. But they are a good solid team. The local rivalry thing is just a bid ludicrous.

To be honest, Brentford didn't have to do too much.

Man Utd rolled over, there was no organisation, there was no defending from the front.

What confidence Man Utd went very quickly. If you look at the names in that Man Utd squad, that doesn't look like a Man Utd squad.

Yet, what we all want to know is, how much of that result was down to a deteriorating Man U squad, as against a vastly improving Brentford squad, and how well will we perform against them next week?

Just to give a small dose of reality to many on this thread, our record at home to Brentford is appalling, they are right up there with Chelsea as far as bogey sides at Craven Cottage are concerned,
We've beaten them once since the 1950's and that was over 30 years ago
Chances are the vast majority of the crowd in attendance next Saturday have NEVER seen us beat Brentford at home,
Us winning will actually be more of a shock than Brentford winning ,
Make no mistake, next Saturday is going to be very tough for us.

I don't think Brentford are exceptional, but they are a solid organised, well drilled team.

But if we play to our strengths rather then try to 'nullify' them, we will get a good result.

They must be thinking of ground extensions already, 17,500 sound smaller than Griffin Park.

Men against Boys, how will the poor little rich boys react.

Perhaps their Captain will take them all on a trip to Greece for a team building excercise of beating up coppers and then trying to bribe them to get off!

A number of the problems United are facing now can be traced back to this part of the clubs history whereby, even when a player causes the clubs name to be dragged through the mud, the club failed to reel that player in and enforce some discipline. Many might say that they were only backing their player, and that could be the case, but by doing so they then enable players to act out as they wish, without consequences.
Not certain Sir Red Nose would have been so lenient in his day.

Because of its location and the size of the plot it sits on its impossible to increase capacity,
Their success has been greater than even they could have imagined.
