Really want a result today, I'm currently at a wedding outside of Liverpool and 80% of the guests are liverpool fans except the few evertonians, would love a chance to rub it in 😆

Probably as good as it gets. I would have gone 5 at the back for this one bringing in Tosin and using BDR as right wing back.

He kicks his legs out, untouched, immediately hands out looking for the ref. They knew they'd have a chance scoring from there so he acted his way to a free kick.

Not a bad first half. Agree Liverpool is a dirty team and gets away with way too much. Ref seems ready and able to help them with every call.

Raul does so much. Yeah, he screwed up with the header intended for Pereira that set up McAllister, but still - involved in every attack and took on much larger opponents. Just his pressure in the air has set us up with some nice movement. Hope he takes a shot soon.

His off the ball play is fantastic - he just doesn't have the confidence in front of goal it seems
I want to repeat again that Darwin Nunes is a cheating scoundrel and should be booked for simulations.
I know he made a mistake for the second but Raul was excellent that half. Actually won stuff in the air for once! Gone long and caused them problems winning balls off him. He did this against arsenal and city but where's this Raul been since?!
Brilliant half from the lads. They are quality going forward but with some desperate defending been excellent and looked very dangerous going forwards for once. Been undone by two worldies. Iwobi brilliant again, excellent from Wilson and AP has done much better with the ball today. Gonna be a tough second of course but can be very proud of the performance so far.

We take the lead, and we don't change any type of formation or personnel. Harrison Reed was feeling his hamstring, looking slow and making terrible decisisions, stays on. Why we didn't bring in Tosin is beyond me.
I thought we were fantastic. Nothing to be ashamed of.
When Liverpool is level the ref lets the extra time just keep running but when they are winning he blows that whistle likety-split.
The boys took it right up to them. On their home turf.
