Tyrese Francois joins Wigan Athletic from Fulham
Wigan Athletic have secured the signing of midfielder Tyrese Francois on a two-year deal.

The 24-year-old joins Latics after spending a decade with Premier League club Fulham, where he made 11 appearances while also enjoying loan spells in Croatia and Denmark.

Francois, originally from Australia, moved to London in 2013 to join Fulham's Academy.

The midfielder captained Australia's U23 team to the semi-finals of the AFC Asian Cup in 2022.

He also had loan spells with NHK Gorica in Croatia and Vejle Boldklub in Denmark.

Having left Fulham this summer, Francois chose to join Wigan Athletic after extensive talks with Manager Shaun Maloney and Sporting Director Gregor Rioch.

Francois shared his enthusiasm about the move, stating, "I am very happy to be here, and I can't wait to get started. It was a massive decision, but it's the next chapter. I need to play games and show what I can do, and this is the perfect step for me."

He added, "I'm not the biggest in size so I pride myself on being technically good. I like the ball at my feet but to run and put my heart on my sleeve. I will do as much as I can for the team. Hopefully, I can excite the fans and bring positive results."

Shaun Maloney praised the new signing, saying, "We are delighted to welcome Tyrese to our football club. He is an extremely gifted footballer. He is both combative and tenacious and will add a lot to our midfield. I am looking forward to working with him, and hopefully, he can have a really successful time with us."

Fulham plot to beat Liverpool and Crystal Palace to £50m statement double swoop
The Cottagers are looking to reinvest the money made through the sale of Joao Palhinha this summer.

Fulham are hoping to regenerate their midfield options with a statement double transfer swoop worth upwards of £50 million this summer.

The imminent spending spree comes after the club cashed in on Portugal international Joao Palhinha. The 29-year-old completed a long-awaited move to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich earlier this month, leaving a sizeable hole at the heart of Marco Silva's midfield.

Rumours of how the Cottagers would plug that gap had been swirling around the West London outfit and The Evening Standard has now outlined what the club's priorities are.

Fulham are now 'pushing' to sign Brazilian midfielder Andre from Fluminense. The 23-year-old has been a longer term transfer target for the club and the pressure to make that deal happen has now increased following Palhinha's exit.

It's expected that Fulham will seal a £25 million deal with Fluminese for the transfer. The London club are in 'regular discourse' with the player's representatives and are expected to beat Liverpool to his signature - Arsenal had also been linked with the star last summer.

Fulham are also expected to add another familiar face to their midfield. The prime candidate has emerged as Arsenal man Emile Smith-Rowe, with the Gunners willing to sell the 23-year-old. Silva's side have already seen a £25 million bid rejected by their London rivals but are expected to return with a new offer.

Should a deal for Smith-Rowe collapse, with Crystal Palace also preparing a bid for the player, Fulham could then turn to Manchester United man Scott McTominay or Luton Town midfielder Teden Mengi.

McTominay is also linked with a move to West Ham, although conflicting reports suggest that interest from the London Stadium is just a hangover from when David Moyes encouraged the club to bid £30 million for the Scotland international 12 months ago.

Exclusive: Birmingham make move to sign Fulham star Luke Harris
Birmingham City have enquired about signing Fulham attacker Luke Harris, sources have told Football Insider.

The League One giants are keen to take the attacking midfielder on loan for next season, injecting some youth into the team.

However, Fulham would prefer the 19-year-old to join a Championship club rather than a third-tier club like Birmingham.

Harris is highly rated at Fulham, where he has been playing football since 2019.

The attacking midfielder impressed through Fulham's youth system, which saw him play for the Under 18s squad when he was 15 years old.

Harris did spend the second half of last season playing in League One as he had a loan spell at Exeter City.

Birmingham are ready to offer Luke Harris valuable game time
Harris played 21 times for Exeter last season in League One, scoring four goals and providing two assists as he adjusted to the division.

The attacking midfielder does have four Premier League appearances under his belt with Fulham, but he now requires regular game time to take his career to the next level.

That is something that Birmingham would be able to offer as the club attempts to return to the Championship.

Harris isn't the only young player that the League One club are currently targeting though, as Aston Villa striker Louie Barry is also being monitored.

Scott McTominay makes Man United transfer decision – sources
Man United have set a £30million price tag for Scott McTominay this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider's Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O'Rourke revealed that the central midfielder's priority is to stay at Old Trafford ahead of the new season.

The Scotland international was linked with a move away from the club last summer but ultimately stayed and did a good job for Erik ten Hag.

The 27-year-old scored 10 goals and became a regular in the team, playing 43 games in all competitions.

United are not actively looking to sell McTominay at the moment unless a big offer comes in from him from another club.

Although there is no rush to sell McTominay, he is entering the final year of his contract at the club.

This summer will be United's final chance to cash in on him unless a contract extension is agreed upon.

Man United have rejected Scott McTominay bid
United are quite light in central midfield at the moment, which is one reason why Ten Hag isn't pushing to sell him.

There has also been interest in McTominay from Turkish side Galatasaray, but they are not able to meet United's valuation.

McTominay might be set to stay at Old Trafford this summer, but the club are open to selling two other first-XI players.

Fulham 'in talks' with Sheffield United over key figure after £15m bid knocked back
Fulham are reportedly in talks with Sheffield United over midfielder Vinicius Souza.

The 25-year-old only joined the Blades last year, suffering relegation to the Championship in his maiden Premier League campaign. He was among the side's stronger performers in a dismal season, appearing in all but two of their Premier League fixtures.

However, it appears Sheffield United could potentially lose the former Brazil youth international. According to transfers reporter Rudy Galetti, Fulham have engaged the Blades in talks.

A bid worth €18m (£15m) is thought to have been rejected, although the Cottagers are believed to be preparing another offer. Italian giants AC Milan have also been credited with interest in Souza, who the Blades signed from Lommel.

Souza spoke bluntly about his Sheffield United experience earlier this year when quizzed about his inability to break into the Brazil side. In March, he said: "My team doesn't keep the ball much either. That's very important for the national team. So it's going to weigh a bit. And the players who went can defend and have the ball, so they can stand out more."

He would arguably see much more of the ball with Fulham, who finished 13th in the Premier League last season. Souza is not the only player being linked with an exit, as defender Jayden Bogle is reportedly closing in on a move to Leeds United.

Blues hunt Harris loan
Birmingham City have launched an audacious bid to take Luke Harris on loan, according to Football insider.

The Welsh under-21 international spent the second half of last season on loan at Exeter City, scoring four goals and adding two assists as the Grecians finished the campaign strongly. Blues are looking to bolster their creative options by taking the teenager on loan, but the Whites are understood to be seeking a Championship destination for their academy graduate.

The Jersey-born attacking midfielder has made four first-team appearances for Fulham and is considered one of the club's most promising talents.

Report: Chelsea Eye £35m Fulham Star Amid Gallagher Uncertainty

Chelsea's Interest in Fulham's Andreas Pereira: A Strategic Move?
Gallagher's Uncertain Future
Chelsea's interest in Fulham's Andreas Pereira signals a strategic move as they prepare for the potential departure of Conor Gallagher. Gallagher, who has entered the final year of his contract, remains available for transfer. Despite Chelsea's efforts to secure a fee similar to the £55 million garnered from Mason Mount's transfer to Manchester United, Gallagher's suitors find the price tag steep.

Pereira as Gallagher's Replacement
According to Globo Esporte in Brazil, Chelsea have identified Fulham's Andreas Pereira as a potential replacement for Gallagher. Contact has been initiated with Pereira's agent, Kia Joorabchian, who confirmed Chelsea's willingness to pay £35 million for the Brazilian international. Pereira's impressive performances over the past two seasons have made him an attractive option for Chelsea, who are planning for life without Gallagher.

Pereira, eager to continue his career in London, is open to leaving Fulham. The prospect of joining Chelsea, where he can reunite with former teammate Tosin Adarabioyo, is appealing to him. This move aligns with Chelsea's broader transfer strategy, albeit with some deviations.

Evaluating the Transfer Strategy
Chelsea's transfer strategy traditionally focuses on signing younger players, making the potential acquisition of the 28-year-old Pereira a notable shift. While this move may raise eyebrows, it underscores Chelsea's flexibility in adapting their transfer approach to meet immediate needs.

However, questions linger about Pereira's suitability as Gallagher's replacement. Gallagher's role at Chelsea has been more versatile, while Pereira prefers a more advanced midfield position. Integrating Pereira into the squad may require tactical adjustments to accommodate his playing style.

Financial and Tactical Implications
Chelsea are in no rush to offload Gallagher and will not entertain offers below their asking price. Gallagher, an academy graduate, is also reluctant to leave and has already turned down a proposal from Aston Villa. In a bid to retain his value, Chelsea might offer Gallagher a new contract post the summer transfer window, preventing him from leaving on a free transfer in 2025.

Pereira's potential transfer, if executed, reflects Chelsea's proactive approach in the transfer market. Balancing the financial outlay with the tactical benefits will be crucial. As Chelsea navigate these negotiations, the club's strategy highlights their commitment to strengthening the squad while managing the complexities of player transfers.

Crystal Palace Think Emile Smith Rowe Wants to Join

Crystal Palace are set to make a bid for Fulham target Emile Smith Rowe from Arsenal.
Smith Rowe struggled for minutes at Arsenal, despite signing a long-term contract in 2021, and is available this summer.
Arsenal could demand a £40 million fee for Smith Rowe, who may be a potential Eberechi Eze replacement at Palace.

Crystal Palace are set to make an offer to sign Arsenal's Emile Smith Rowe, who has already been the subject of a bid from Fulham this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Smith Rowe found himself on the periphery of Mikel Arteta's squad last season, starting just three Premier League games all campaign as the Gunners narrowly missed out on the title. Despite this lack of game time, the England international has attracted interest from top flight clubs, with Fulham having had a bid rejected for the player already this summer.

However, Romano has revealed that Palace are another side poised to lodge an offer for the creative midfielder. The South London club are eager to acquire Smith Rowe, with Oliver Glasner leading the charge to sign him, and believe the player may be keen on a switch to Selhurst Park.

Palace Rivaling Fulham for Smith Rowe
The Englishman has struggled for minutes at the Emirates
Developing through Arsenal's Hale End academy, Smith Rowe burst onto the scene in the 2020/21 season under Arteta, emerging as a much-needed creative force for the Gunners during that campaign. The starlet made 33 appearances that year, before signing a new long-term contract in the summer of 2021, and taking the number ten shirt from the departing Mesut Özil.

After an impressive 2021/22 season, where he netted eleven goals in 37 appearances, the academy graduate has struggled with injuries and subsequently lost his place in Arsenal's starting eleven. Arteta - who says Smith Rowe is "beautiful" to watch - has used him sparingly in the last two campaigns, limited to just 525 Premier League minutes in this time.

As a result of this sporadic role, the Emirates-based side are willing to sanction a move for the flair player, who may want to move on himself. Interest from Fulham has been well documented, but Romano revealed that Palace have emerged as another potential suitor.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, the transfer guru provided an update on the Smith Rowe saga:

"Smith Rowe, after the bid was rejected by Arsenal from Fulham in recent days, now a bid is also coming from Crystal Palace. Oliver Glasner wants to bring Emile Smith Rowe to Crystal Palace. He is really convinced that it'd be an important signing for their project, so the bid is coming from Palace for Smith Rowe.

"They also believe the player could be keen on the move, discussions have taken place, and so Palace are expected to bid for him. Let's see what Arsenal will decide, because he remains an important player for Mikel Arteta."

Statistical Comparison (League Only)
Stat           Smith Rowe 21/22       Eze 23/24
Appearances           33       27
Goals            10       11
Assists             2       4
Shots Per 90              1.87       3.59
Expected Goals Per 90              0.28       0.4
Key Passes Per 90               1.41       2.37
Successful Take-Ons Per 90                1.5       3.03

Smith Rowe Could be an Eze Replacement
The Palace number ten has been linked with a move the other way
Arsenal are reportedly demanding a fee in the region of £40 million for Smith Rowe, who could ultimately be a replacement for the potentially departing Eberechi Eze. Glasner will be eager to build on his encouraging side that began to emerge towards the end of last season, but could lose a few key players, with Michael Olise already opting to join Bayern Munich and Marc Guehi the subject of interest from Manchester United.

Eze could be another that leaves the club, and Smith Rowe may have been identified as his number ten successor at Selhurst Park. The England Euros star has coincidentally been linked with a move to Arsenal, with the Gunners said to be considering a move for the 26-year-old. This mutual interest in each other's assets could ultimately help facilitate a move for both players between the two clubs.

City Sign Highly-Rated Goalkeeper on Four-Year Deal
Reaction and analysis from AllLincoln as George Wickens arrives on a four year deal.

Lincoln City have announced the signing of highly-rated goalkeeper George Wickens from Fulham, on a four year deal.
Wickens has risen through the academy ranks at Craven Cottage, and was called up to the England Under-18s squad in 2019. He signed his first professional deal with Fulham at the end of the end of the 2018/19 season. His first taste of senior football came at National League level with Wealdstone, where he played under current Notts County manager Stuart Maynard, who likes to build from the back and use his goalkeeper in possession – something which is evident at times in Michael Skubala's system.

His next loan was during the second half of last season, spending time with Ross County in the Scottish Premiership. He was a standout performer in Scotland, despite the Staggies struggling and only just surviving relegation.

City have been in need of a goalkeeper since Lukas Jensen departed the club earlier in the month to join Championship side, Millwall, on a permanent deal. Jensen was one of City's best players throughout the 2023/24 campaign, statistically being the best goalkeeper in the division. One of Jensen's main attributes was his ability to command his area, and Wickens may be a similar style of goalkeeper, standing at 6′5″.

During his time at Wealdstone, Wickens was described as an 'eccentric shot stopper that likes to fly across his goal to make saves from all angles'. He is also described as having the physical attributes you'd expect from a 'high level goalkeeper' and that he was commanding in his box and is a 'safe pair of hands from crosses and shots'.

He said:"I'm absolutely buzzing. Lincoln City feels like the right place for me at the next stage of my development.

"You only need to look at the track record of the young goalkeepers the club have brought through in the past few years and how well they've gone on to do. A big reason for that is the trust that has been put in them. It's a massive thing to have the club behind you because it breeds confidence and that's how you get the best out of a player."

Head coach Michael Skubala said: George has all the attributes we look for in a goalkeeper and impressed us with his mentality and maturity in the recruitment and interview process. We feel that George has a really bright future ahead of him and we are excited to sign him ahead of other clubs. George has shown his character with his decision to leave Fulham in order to play regularly and forge his career as a No.1 goalkeeper."

Director of football Jez George added To have executed this signing in such a timely manner hopefully evidences our recruitment process and planning. It also demonstrates how our model works by us investing a proportion of the transfer fee received for Lukas into such a talented young goalkeeper with huge potential and future asset value. We have no doubts that George has all the qualities required to positively impact our team immediately as our No.1 goalkeeper and to develop exponentially in our environment.

"As with other positions we have strengthened the overall goalkeeping department this summer and are really excited by all three signings, who fit our player profile for this position and will all only improve. Finally, I would like to thank Fulham and our board for their part in the speed at which we were able to reach a compensation agreement."

Wickens joins Lincoln
Fulham goalkeeper George Wickens has joined League One Lincoln City for an undisclosed fee.

The 22 year-old custodian, a boyhood Fulham fan who watched the Whites with his family, progressed impressively through Fulham's academy set-up – helping the under-21 side return to the PL2 – and enjoyed successful loan spells with Wealdstone and Ross County.

Wickens leaves Craven Cottage without making a senior appearance but is excited by the challenge ahead of him at Sincil Park after signing a four year contract with the Imps.

"I'm absolutely buzzing. Lincoln City feels like the right place for me at the next stage of my development. You only need to look at the track record of the young goalkeepers the club have brought through in the past few years and how well they've gone on to do. A big reason for that is the trust that has been put in them. It's a massive thing to have the club behind you because it breeds confidence and that's how you get the best out of a player."

Premier League club now prepared to make their first bid for Tottenham ace – report
Fulham have turned their attention towards Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg after their bid for Scott McTominay was rebuffed.

Hojbjerg is seeking to leave North London this summer to secure more regular playing time.

Interest in the player has come from several clubs across Europe, but it is Fulham now who are reportedly planning to make a first move.

According to Football Insider, Fulham are readying a bid for the Danish international after their £17 million bid for Scott McTominay was turned down by Manchester United.

Spurs have reportedly informed Hojbjerg that he is free to find a new club following the recent £40 million signing of Archie Gray from Leeds United earlier this month.

Last season, Hojbjerg's playing time was significantly reduced, starting only 21% of Premier League games despite making 36 appearances.

Most of his contributions came as a substitute under Ange Postecoglou, often entering the field in the latter stages of matches.

This limited role has likely influenced Hojbjerg's decision to seek more consistent playing opportunities elsewhere.

The Cottagers are keen on adding Hojbjerg to their squad to bolster their midfield.

With Hojbjerg in the final year of his contract, which expires next June, Tottenham recognise the need to sell him this summer to avoid losing him on a free transfer.

Fluminense president confirms Andre Trindade summer bid and Liverpool transfer interest
Fulham have reportedly made a bid for the former Liverpool transfer target.

Fluminense president Mario Bittencourt has insisted the club still have to agree on a deal to sell Andre Trindade.

The midfielder was a target for Liverpool last summer during the club's search to replace Jordan Henderson and Fabinho. However, Fluminense were not willing to sell Andre as they went in pursuit of Copa Libertadores glory. That decision proved fruitful with the Brazilian club crowned South American champions after a victory over Argentinian giants Boca Juniors at the Maracana.

The Reds did not reignite their interest in Andre during the January transfer window, however, after recruiting Wataru Endo from Stuttgart. And while it's been suggested that Arne Slot could bolster his No.6 options in his first transfer window as Anfield head coach, Liverpool may have moved on.

It's been Premier League rivals Fulham have shown the most interest in Andre. The Cottagers are aiming to replace Joao Palhinha, who joined Bayern Munich for a fee of £47 million. Reports earlier this month suggested the 23-year-old's agent had flown to London to thrash out personal terms, which Bittencourt says is normal. But Flu reportedly want £25 million for Andre and they have issued Fulham a counter-offer to their original bid.

"There's no negotiation. There's a proposal that was made [by Fulham], Fluminense made a counter-proposal and there has been no response to it yet. It's been about 10 days," Bittencourt told Rádio Itatiaia (via Sport Witness).

"Fulham are the club that have been looking for André since last year, as well as Liverpool. In January they made a new bid. At the moment, what we have is a piece of paper from Fulham with a proposal, and a piece of paper from Fluminense with a counter-proposal. We don't have an answer yet.

"I saw a recent report, published by an English journalist, that the player was already talking to the club. That's normal, it's part of the negotiation between player and club. If so, how much salary he would like to earn, etc. It's a negotiation that Fluminense is not part of, between the player and the possible future club. The three parties have to come to an agreement."

Whether Fulham need to be worried about Liverpool bidding for Andre Trindade
Andre Trindade missed out on a dream move to Liverpool last summer, opting to stay at Fluminense instead.

The Brazilian midfielder could have been the Reds' new number six, but chose to stay and win the Copa Libertadores with his boyhood club.

Few Liverpool supporters will have begrudged Andre – or Fluminense – that decision, but 12 months on and the picture is now very different.

Andre has missed most of the season, which began in April, and Flu are rock bottom of the Brazilian top flight. The 23-year-old's value has plummeted following that failed move to Anfield.

Nevertheless, the Fluminense president has mentioned Liverpool and Andre once again this week.

Will Liverpool come back in for Andre?
When Liverpool pulled out of the race to sign Andre last year, it was clear that the Brazil international was going nowhere at that time.

However, the expectation was very much that Andre would be properly on the market once the European winter window rolled around.

Some might have expected Liverpool to come back in, but the Reds did not. Instead, Fulham seemed the the most likely to sign Andre. No deal was ever completed by the Cottagers, though.

Fast forward to this summer and Fulham are again being linked with Andre, with a move reportedly very close to being completed.

Despite Liverpool staying away from the midfielder, they have still not fully sorted their defensive midfield issue. As a result of Liverpool's interest in Andre being so strong last year, it has felt as though he may still be on the shortlist at Anfield.

But according to journalist Graeme Bailey, there is no very little, or even no chance of Liverpool coming back in for Andre. He's Fulham's new signing to lose.

"I haven't heard Liverpool's name come up again," Bailey exclusively tells Rousing The Kop.

"Fulham are progressing with that, they've got a need for him with Joao Palhinha leaving. From what I'm hearing there's no talk of Liverpool coming back in."

Door open for Liverpool to sign Andre's Brazil teammate
In our opinion, Liverpool are really missing a trick by not signing Andre. He is clearly available at a decent price and they have obviously already done their homework on him.

There was a reason they were close to making him a Liverpool player last year and we don't see how an awful lot has changed since then.

Despite that, the moment for Andre to join the Reds does appear to have well and truly gone.

But that doesn't mean that Liverpool's need for a player in his mould has disappeared, too. Arne Slot could still do with a tough-tackling, ball-winning general in his midfield.

Consequently, we think Slot may still sign Ederson, Andre's teammate in the Brazilian national team. Atalanta have just signed a new defensive midfielder and therefore the door could be open for Liverpool and Ederson.

In the meantime, we fully expect to see Andre join Fulham before coming back on Liverpool's radar for twice the price somewhere down the line. That's just the way it goes.

Everton battle Fulham to sign Kalvin Phillips with 'big-money' deal close
Kalvin Phillips is set to be the subject of a transfer battle between Everton and Fulham this summer, according to the Sunday People.

The newspaper reported in their print edition (21 July, page 62) that due to the impending "big-money exit" of Amadou Onana at Goodison Park, 28-year-old Phillips could fill the Belgian's role for the Blues.

Likewise, Fulham are also in the market for a defensive midfielder after Joao Palhinha's move to Bayern Munich, and thus are set to battle it out with the Toffees to sign Phillips and revive his stalled career.

Manchester City are reportedly willing to sell the ex-Leeds man, who has struggled since signing for £40million, but it remains to be seen how much Sean Dyche's side would need to pay for his signature.

Kalvin Phillips transfer bidding war last thing Everton need
With Phillips seemingly certain to leave City in the coming weeks despite being included on their pre-season tour, the Toffees will hope they can put themselves in pole position to sign the 28-year-old.

However, given Fulham's sale of Palhinha to Bayern has already gone through – with Onana's departure set to be officially ratified in the coming days [Fabrizio Romano, 18 July] – it's likely the Cottagers could make the first move for the City midfielder.

Furthermore, vast uncertainty has returned at Goodison Park in recent days following the collapse of Dan Friedkin's takeover of the club, casting doubt over their ability to fund big-money transfers.

Everton insider Bryan King exclusively told Goodison News on 7 July that the Friedkin Group takeover hit a "stumbling block" due to the money that was owed to 777 Partners.

The sale of Onana to Aston Villa for £50million will surely give the Toffees a significantly better ability to spend on the likes of Phillips this summer, but Blues fans will be hoping this transfer moves into the development stage sooner rather than later.

Hull City are interested in a move for departed Fulham goalkeeper Marek Rodak this summer, according to reporter Alan Nixon on his Patreon.

Hull City are keen on luring the stopper to East Yorkshire as they hunt for some new signings in this window. They have been patient with their recruitment since the end of last season and are now eager to bring in some new faces under new boss Tim Walter.

Rodak, 27, has now apparently been identified by the Tigers as someone to bolster their options between the sticks. His contract at Fulham officially expired at the end of last month and he is now weighing up his options as a free agent.

According to journalist Nixon on his Patreon, Walter is eyeing a move to bring him to the MKM Stadium, with Derby County, Blackburn Rovers and Burnley also mentioned as possible suitors. The stopper has a big decision to make on where to go next.

Hull City have let Ryan Allsop and Matt Ingram leave to join Birmingham City and Oxford United respectively.

That leaves Ivor Pandur, Timothee Lo-Tutala, Harvey Cartwright and Owen Foster as their goalkeeping options. However, they all lack experience.

Therefore, Rodak could be seen as a safe pair of hands by the Tigers.

He joined Fulham as a teenager back in 2013 from FC VSS Košice and subsequently rose up through their academy.

The Slovakia international, who has 22 caps under his belt, made 102 appearances for the London outfit in all competitions.

Rodak also had loan spells away from Craven Cottage at Farnborough, Welling United, Accrington Stanley and Rotherham United to get some experience under his belt.

What next for Hull City target?
Hull City need to start bringing in some players as the clock ticks towards the 10th August when they kick-start the 2024/25 season with a home clash against Bristol City.

Their squad is looking thin at the moment and they need to bring in some more quality.

Rodak would be a useful option for them in goal if they are able to meet his demands. Derby County, Blackburn Rovers and Burnley are all said to be in the frame as well so there is competition.
