Playing more pragmatically with long balls than under Martin but they really are awful. Also playing most of their starters so we will be much more rested. No excuse to drop points against them.

Clear foul at the end that should have resulted in a penalty for Southampton and a sending off - but ref bottled it .
Presumably Liverpool will be complaining about more incompetent officials again.........
Think Southampton started with 5 at the back, can only think they've been working on their defence
