Pretty bizarre lineup - hope it works?

A changed line up with 5 at the back and no Jedi or Bassey, let's see what happens. Not sure how Andersen keeps avoiding being dropped though. Hope Marco has got the set up right tonight. COYW

Didn't see that coming.   Focusing on the FA cup instead of potential European football?

So you are discounting the fine game he had against Forest.

Right or wrong I applaud the change in formation and tactics. We looked stale and pedestrian against Palace. It needed shaking up. Muniz has the opportunity to use the extra muscle he provides and I am pleased that Traore is given a chance again. Cuenica has a chance to shine and so whatever happens I have no problem with the team selection.

Wow, Silva's not messing about. Big opportunity for some of the squad players coming in.

It may not be 5 at the back, Cuenca could be playing LB with Sessegnon LW in the same formation we usually play

Trust in Marco but for the life of me - cannot figure out that formation, is that 5 - 2 - 2 -1 or 3 - 5 - 2 - 1 or 4 - 4 - 1 - 1 . . . ..  Cuneca can play LB wich would alloy Ryan to go forward and Adama on the right with Muniz up top......just don't know but hope we get it....... COYW

Initial thought is to Sunday's game seeing that line up? Will it be inspired selection or league campaign allowed to fizzle out selection?

I do hope this is not the week that was !!

To be fair Sess, Cuenca and Diop have all been superb when they've played and all deserve a chance. Sess also fits a wing back role much better than pure left back. Wolves will 5ATB like others so why not try something different. Defo an eye on United but a lot about it makes sense. Muniz recently has been on fire so also deserves a chance.

If we lose Silva will get crucified but after the abject display Saturday wholesale changes felt necessary so complaining about it seems stupid. Let's pray it works. COYW.

Everyone played well in that one, but he's been pretty bad for several weeks otherwise. With 5 at the back he will have protection though. He gets done for pace regularly in a 4, and is more exposed with Castagne. Tete is pacier and we miss him.

One of, if not the, most surprising lineups in Marco's tenure. Bassey, Iwobi and Robinson barely had any rest this season, so it kind of makes sense, we need them for the cup. I'm pretty optimistic.

Yeah good point. Andersen's drop of directly coincides with Tete getting injured. Coincidence? I think not

It could go horribly wrong but honestly after Saturday I think it's worth a go. As I say he'll get hammered if we lose. If we win he's a genius. Who'd be a football manager eh?

After the game with CP, I'm feeling a little bummed out. It's tough to see AP and Muniz in the starting lineup; it really brings me down.

Very strange and worrying team selection, if we win on Sunday at Manure all will be forgiven. Cannot see us getting any points tonight and hopefully we don't lose by the same score as the home game.

Resting for Manure
Interesting line up, could go
Either way, we'll see

Surprising lineup but after thinking about it it does make a certain degree of sense. Three matches in 8 days. Resting the three outfield players who've played the most minutes this season (in addition to our 33 year old striker) and Robinson and Iwobi in particular have been a bit off their best recently. Playing 3 CBs means less defensive responsibilities for Sess. Let's hope it works.

Surprising, but it's a good time to rest a few imo. Will be interesting to see if Cuenca is at CB or LB. I'm excited to watch Sess start. COYW

Wolves haven't picked their best 11 either, maybe the managers have made a deal before the game?

It's the same lineup they had in their last game, where they beat Bournemouth.

Brilliant Start, Very Happy for Ryan, scored in 59 seconds I think.

Fulham look a bit shocked to be leading though, looking very shaky since scoring.

Apologies I thought Cunha was on the bench + 2 others, doesn't matter now, great win Fulham and we'll done to all concerned.
