Exciting times in my household. I have just received a letter from the DWP informing that, come May, l will receive an extra 25p per week on my pension. Gasp!
I think I will celebrate by adding an extra Kellogg flake to my breakfast. Yes every breakfast.

I am a new pensioner and since becoming a pensioner have been living the high life. Parties every night and the best drink and food. Trips abroad and surrounded by friends and hangers on.
Could life be any better?
Other than selling my car and walking everywhere and being unable to repair the house and probably having to move to a small flat for the bewildered. Being a pensioner has taught me one important lesson. There is no point in working hard all your life. Let the good times roll.
