I have the required loyalty points but it doesn't even appear in the list of events. Anyone else had this problem?
Tickets sold out last Wednesday. I had enough points last Thursday but they had gone by then.

we have the Sussex pistols playing at a mid Sussex festival somewhere .
I'm sitting in the home end paid £75 but wanna be there on the off chance we get something.
