My only complaint - I think the green kit with the legacy badge should have the old adidas logo.
No excuses today, need a win before two must win home games, 9 points from 9 and the Euro push is on

same if i put on the English language commentary - clear bias.
Why doesn't Berge ever bloody shoot
Already fed up with berge again for not having a shot there
Berge gets thrown to the ground and the ref does nothing but give a corner, if it had been the other way round I'm sure VAR would be looking at it.

They're was mutual wrestling, Berge was just too weak.
Kevin seems to be starting slowly - I hope he is learning with each of those mis-tricks.
That ball from Bassey was excellent
Trying to watch Fulham and the ice hockey Olympic final simultaneously.
I'm rooting for Luc De Fougerolles' team!
Who you might say?
Luc De Fougerolles is a prominent Canadian defender currently with Fulham FC, having signed a deal until 2029 and earning caps for the Canadian senior national team. The 19-year-old (as of 2025) has progressed through the club's academy, made his first-team debut in 2023, and was named Canada's Young Player of the Year in December 2025.
Both teams look uninterested in this game
nice ball from bassey there
Dreadful effort from Kevin.
Good attack, shot from Kevin is wide unfortunately
Quote from: AustrianGeezer on February 22, 2026, 02:17:36 PMBoth teams look uninterested in this game

Just in case you wondered Sunderland are by far the better side
Sunderland fans want a foul given for every tackle :slap:
We get into so much trouble trying to always play out from the back.
Good attack and a decent attempt from Sess
nice play through the center - best put that in the frame, sess
This game will be decided by a goal and it will be Sunderland Brobby most likely
It is almost a if we are testing each other to see if we can react to misplace passes. sometimes we react and keep the ball, other times we give it away. good that sunderland are matching us.
Pitch looks heavy after all that rain

Yep, both teams poor at ball retention.
I think that we look the better side, particularly going forward. Berge will not finish this game. Not one of his best days
That was phenomenal from Kevin
that was positive from kevin!
0 shots on target 36 played
Sunderland players seem to get injured a lot
The Sky pundit makes me laugh, calling for FFC bookings but says nothing about Kevin's shorts being ripped off
possession 50/50

Raul has been poor
This is the most 94th min sunderland winner match ive ever seen
Oh dear
Poor performance do far.
Clear foul on Kevin not given
Watching with commentary turned off, i can hear people close to the on field microphones - and when kevin clattered into one of the sunderland players on the last clearance, i got an entertaining 'what the fooks that?!' comment nice and clear.

I dont think he has been any worse than anyone else, still a handful for the defense - but the yellow and the ref's attitude does put him at risk.
Kevin was the best on the pitch until he had to be taken off. Let's hope Bobb and the other substitutes do the trick in the second half.

Tough balance with wanting a ball playing center-back like Cuenca vs Bassey. Our attacks are dying before they've started because Bassey can't find a pass, but he's doing well in the defensive stance. Andersen responsible for saving us 3 times with his blocks and clearances, while Berge is cleaning everything else up. Iwobi breaking lines, but he needs to up the quality a bit more.
Final ball quality has to improve. Sess crossing is brilliant with no one on the end of it. I'd push Wilson into the 10 to roam and collect second balls (that Raul won't foul on since ref seems soft), Bobb RW to cut in, followed by ESR in that left midfield role to work some build-up with Sess.

Then you're watching a different match to me.
It seems that way. Of course he could have limped off because he was tired.
No need for sarcasm, I assumed he turned his ankle which we both know doesn't require any contact.
Anyhow let's wait for the replays and if I'm wrong I will hold my hands up and admit I got it wrong.

He is literally in our box cleaning up all the runs into the half-spaces, then he's found at the top of their box several times. Honestly, how is that not hustling all over the field?
Have now sat through three halves of Fulham and Sunderland and so far Silva and his team have found a way to make Sunderland look terrible at football, which given their league position, cannot be the case. We're not quite clicking, but Sunderland have a glaring problem at right back and we need to exploit it.

The reason their striker hasn't had the ball to his feet is because Iwobi and Berge are doing exactly what they're supposed to do, clogging the central midfield. Not many teams have done that against Sunderland. I'd say we're doing okay.

i am so happy i have the option to listen commentary-less
To be fair I could have muted them. I just find watching with no commentary all a bit insipid.
commentaryless but with the crowd noise is closer being in attendance with better views.
I kind of get that but it just doesn't work like that for me.
Radio 5 commentary could not be more home-biased. Ironically the second voice, an ex-Sunderland player, was far more impartial. Don't begrudge him a share of my licence fee.

TC on at 60
And if anyone would like to pass to wide open to ESR in the penalty area through on goal....thatd be great
I know TC is no chicken but he's not THAT old!
Quote from: KentFulham on February 22, 2026, 03:36:54 PMWith West Ham, Spurs and Burnley at home plus Forest away in the .middle, this result today could open up quite the run
I was thinking the same but didn't want to jinx things!!
