So annoying. 4 fixtures, 3 at the Cottage in one month.

These late fixtures prevent so many children from attending. My grandchildren won't be able to make them now.

Any mid-week game at the Cottage means I don't get home to the Isle of Wight until 5am !

Did you honestly go into this season believing that games wouldn't be moved for TV ?

Of course not, but the addition of the 8pm weekend slot plus the sheer amount being moved certainly feels like more than normal. Football as a Sat 3pm family event is dead.

Agreed, although my 4 year old ST holding grandson is coming to the arsenal game this Saturday.  He'll have a lie in on Sunday.

Definitely worse this year. Sucks the fun out of football.

After watching Parkerball... everyone will be asleep in the ground!

At least you will catch up with the impending long journey back and lack of forty wink's beforehand!

I think there are over 100 more games on tv this season!

Only one I'm attending is the Palace game...... football will eat it self.

Sadly, the older I get I a becoming increasingly anaesthetised to it . If its on TV then why bother with three hours ( minimum) in the car / the parking / walk to the ground when you can open  decent bottle of wine - Have your lunch / supper whatever - sit in your comfiest chair and  watch the  match
Is it the same  as being there ? No - of course not -  but is it worth the hassle ? Sane answer.
I hate it - but it is a fact of life sadly

Last week I booked hotel and flights to come over to the U.K. with my grandson to see the Forest match....luckily, as he has his school holidays, I had the foresight to book our return flight for Tuesday 23rd December....else I would really have been pissed off...

It's a right pain waiting for fixture changes, like you I had to book flights and hotels but was lucky that these were still available when I booked all three December games last evening.

The history makers, winning at Burnley on live TV, shame there won't be many FFC fans there to see it.

It was a toss up for me at 3pm on a Saturday - who was playing at home...then queue up at around 5:30pm for the Evening Standard
