Not a premier league ref either today...
EFL officials.
That'll make it a physical battle but with Issa leading I think we'll be ok.
Early & often please... ::scarf::
Bout time we won the cup.
Come on let's get over this hurdle.
::scarf::
Good pressing fron Kevin there
No foul on Kevin there, but he gives that one against Csdtagne? Poor refereeing so far.
any streams
what channel does the stream

Good luck...
Lucky there, should have scored. Offside though
that first 45 seconds of pressure might have instilled the wrong impression that this was going to be easy...
That stream is way behind.

good run by jedi. a couple of those and maybe his confidence will grow

Reed looks very solid
A bit unorthodox, but a good save from Lecomte nonetheless
No gjtoday?

Oh!
1-0 Stoke
so the question arises - does VAR train referees to be less observant, since they know that there will be cameras around the pitch to track off the ball action.
ugh
Meh... bloody castagne.
Nobody picked him up at all
Why did both Cuenca and Robinson mark the same player? Surely one of them should have covered their goalscorer.
This team and Silva are clueless, Reed so far off even Championship pace
No midfield there. Good goal but...
Jun-ho scores for Stoke.
Time for Fulham to go Gun-ho on Stoke.
We don't look at the races today..
Our build up is so slow and telegraphed, we have to play it quicker or we'll get beaten
Nothing to play for in the league.... lets bench the entire first team sure
Thought Marco took cup games seriously.
Quote from: FFC007 on February 15, 2026, 02:21:35 PMWe don't look at the races today..
When was the last time we were.?
Robinson cant cross!!!
That was a really good effort from Kevin
The front four should be dismantling a championship defence
nice shot - good save
Good try from Kevin.
Iwobi misses a sitter. Superb build-up though.
Oh Iwobi....
should have buried that - iwobi
Iwobi!!!
Would like to see Marco up and about on the touchline barking instructions and encouraging but instead he sulks on the touchline.
It's such poor body language must do nothing for the players on the pitch
...but looks like a good chemistry today between kevin & robinson
I think Robinson is playing much better than the last two games I saw him, he looks a lot sharper and fitter.
Probably the biggest positive of the game so far for me.
Kevin looks really really sharp today. His decision making has been superb today and that was his biggest issue in the past.
Kevin looking promising...

Yes, the entire team that lost the last three games. That starting eleven is far far superior to Stoke's eleven. Lets see how it pans out.
I wish Muniz would cut the overhead kicks out and try taking it down

'Nothing to play for in the league'
Apart from avoiding relegation.
Diop showing once again that he's our fastest cb. He's shown great recovery pace there to stop their counter.
would love to see a shot come out of this pressure
Quote from: SerbianLad on February 15, 2026, 02:32:05 PMDiop showing once again that he's our fastest cb. He's shown great recovery pace there to stop their counter.
Was about to say the same. If that was Andersen we'd be in trouble. Diop needs a run in the team and Andersen on the bench for a bit for me to sharpen competition and avoid complacency.
Match going as I feared: lots of possession but so open on the counter / no midfield cover.
Actually looking like theres goals in this for us though.
If we could defend and score goals, we'd be dangerous!
Our corners have been dreadful....
Could you imagine if we were dangerous on corners...
Is there still not enough evidence that Reed cannot take corners? Been suffering these non-entities for years now
And I don't mean defending... ::tongue::
I'm not getting warmed up
Some promising interplay between Bobb, King and Kevin at least. Something to build upon.
Need Jimenez in there to head in a cross or two.... Not Muniz.
maybe we can just dribble it in

Maybe, but Muniz, when he get his service, can be deadly...once he gets game fitness (and confidence)...
Muniz is better in the air than Raul, so not sure how that would help.
Superb from Kevin but a poor finish
Well this isn't in the script... Kevin has to score....
Quote from: SerbianLad on February 15, 2026, 02:45:48 PMMuniz is better in the air than Raul, so not sure how that would help.
I always feel Raul has a better awareness in the box but that could just be his experience
Oh dear Kevin ::cry::
It's an entertaining game at least, but we don't have the killer touch. Need to take shots earlier.
Kevin should have put that away or at least passed to king. But, he's been our best player so far IMO
Our ability to hit the target let alone give the keeper something to save has become a long time problem.
Game after game our finishing is poor!
More of the same in the second half and I can see us getting 2 or 3. Once the first one goes in, we will do better.
Need to ensure the same or better mindset in the second half to be sure we get the result.
Kevin could have scored but had an impressive half. Robinson good. Subs? it'd go 4-1-4-1. Score or we're out and Stoke not much of an attacking threat.
Tete for Castagne. Otherwise back four the same.
DM Iwobi or sub with Berge. Reed off.
Attacking midfield four: Wilson, Bobb, ESR Kevin so King off.
Jimenez for Muniz if still losing after 65 minutes.

Or we could see a repeat of the first half - they look dangerous on the break and our midfield isn't really trying to keep up (or can't).
Their keeper has made 2 great saves from Kevin
Let's hope for a better 2nd half than the Everton game..... :slap:
I'm pretty happy with most of that half. We were much better than them, but we didn't use our chances and they used one of the few they've had.
creating lots of chances, only change I'd make is Timmy off for tete.
Some of the interplay between Bobb and Kkng is very sharp, they look in sync
So the biggest missed chances of the first half go to Iwobi (header), and Kevin at the end of first period. Arguably Kevin should have played a square ball to King, but that looks a bit more difficult looking at the replay, with the on rushing defender. Best chance besides those goes to Kevin's curler which was saved.
We haven't really clicked yet, but I feel confident that we will win this. Not much from Bobb and our midfield is poor, as we expected. Not sure what Castagne has done to get criticized
King also doing very well... keep forgetting how young he is
Quote from: akf on February 15, 2026, 02:54:35 PMSo the biggest missed chances of the first half go to Iwobi (header), and Kevin at the end of first period. In hindsight you'd say pass to King, but honestly I want our attackers to go for goal directly and stop overplaying so I can't blame Kevin for not passing, unfortunately his last touch before shooting left it a bit too close to his body and it was difficult to strike it as he would hope
Stokes first goal in 330mins. You could probably have bet the house that was gonna change today
ESR for Reed, Tete for Castange. Think that's all we need to do.

He hit it low, so didn't make it easy for the keeper.
If we keep plugging away we should be ok. If nothing else we have a much better bench but hoping we won't need to rely on that.

Agree that we have to use a DM. So either leave Reed on or sub him for Berge. If ESR is coming on it could be for Iwobi.
Does anyone know why there's no GJ?
Oh dear...
they are dangerous on the counter, that is for sure
Superb save from Lecomte
We can't stop the breaks..... beginning to think farewell to the 5th round....
Not addressing the CM issue in the transfer window is unacceptable imo. We just don't have a midfield at all.

Let's build on it now, and be ruthless.
Lovely finish Kevin
Happy for Kevin, deserved it today, he's probably looked our most dangerous.

We have to take advantage of the momentum we have now , but let's not go too gung-ho.
Pull that one back Timmy!
much more patient down the left. when the ball gets near the end line on the right we generally shoot over
Why no Chukwueze in the team? Injured/knock?
Seems Bobb has been told not to shoot
Bob trying too hard to impress.
Castagne's crossing has been terrible this half.

That was excellent from Bobb
Great play by Bobb.

Muniz doesn't look sharp to me. A striker on form would have gobbled that rebound up. No doubt he'll benefit from the game time.

Iwobi would have good attacking moments if he played at cb. He's just that type of player. Very creative. The problem is, we lose a lot of the off ball stuff when he plays there, but considering our injury crisis, there are not many alternative options.
The corners have been utter dross all afternoon...
Why was Castagne so far forward? Just makes us vulnerable to the counter.
ESR and Raul on now...
Muniz should have done a bit better there, imo. Superb from Kevin once again.
Rusty Muniz!
Castagne and Reed are crippling even against average Championship opposition. Can't afford to have either anywhere near gametime next season.
Why was Diop booked there?
Bobb growing into this game.

Their keeper passed the ball - intended for a Stoke defender. Reed was alert and intercepted the ball then ran straight towards goal.
and then...
From flashscore commentary - Harrison Reed (Fulham) unleashes a ferocious shot from just outside the penalty area and the ball goes into the left side of the goal!

Bobb and King linked up nicely a few times, hopefully a sign of things to come but needs more end product. King needs to work on his finishing. Reed oddly better attacking than defending.
I know this wasn't our first team but we struggled to contain their breaks. We had much more possesion in the second half and deserved the win but still lacked a cutting edge. Maybe when Muniz is up to speed that will change.

On the other hand, Kevin woll rarely if ever get as much soace and time as he was given today by a poor and injury hit Championship team. He was wasteful with several opportunities today.
He is capable of brilliance, but needs to improvw his consistency if he is to becomd a regular starter.
