Why Castagne and not Tete? Why 4 at the back? Hopefully it works out, but I'm quite worried, tbh.

Against United, I'd actually have started Bassey.

Isn't tete carrying a slight knock?

A very attacking lineup, to be honest, and I'm surprised.

Wasn't really confident about this game, even less so now hope I'm wrong.

Nice to see King Kevin as a sub.

I would love it if we beat them.

He obviously feels his mind is in the right place... he may appreciate the distraction of work...
Best of luck to him 👍

OhTMick always be confident, my first and only thought in any game is that we will win.

I love it, always prefer it when we just go for it and play our way. Sends out a message of intent

Die on the sword 🗡

HUGE credit to chuk, well be rooting for you man

Midfield worries me here,Iwobi just doesn't tackle and fear they'll walk straight through. Agree Bassey would be best suited for this one.

Castagne has to hold off Cunha...... but an attacking line up. We can do this......

Their defence can be got at, and Silva is probably thinking, given Lukic is injured, attack will be the best form of defence. It's important we don't let Cunha get shots off from 25 yards, we know how susceptible Leno can be and how dangerous he can be.

Given how late Silva makes subs I would prefer to see Tete start over castagbe  to give us the best chance of gaining and advantage. Otherwise team looks good

Or the best way to honour his mum is to play a blinder, score/assist goal/s and win the game vs Man Utd..

I shall be keeping an eye on Bruno in the first 15 minutes when he tries his staggers and falls, sussing out the ref's attitude and the crowd atmosphere.

Given Robinson's recent form and apparent reluctance to put in a tackle I would have preferred Sess at LB. Other than that I can't really argue.

Because Marco is there 'on the ground' to make such decisions.

I know we've played Utd loads over the past decade or so but for some reason I'm getting flashbacks to 2001 (I think) when Saha scored a brace but we lost 3-2. That was a much better Utd team than they have now, and we're well capable of taking something from this game.

No Bobb in the matchday squad - is there any indication when he is likely to be available for selection?

Tete coming back from a reasonably long injury layoff...makes total sense to not rush him back. Ease his way back to match fitness with some late minutes if necessary

Much as in an ideal world he starts because he's totally fit, not worth pushing him too much too soon and losing him again.

Likely next week apparently.

I don't think it matters which team we put out, the ref and VAR protectors of the top 6 will find ways of breaking Fulham down with their marginal decisions going against Fulham in every 50/50 situation in all areas that matter on the pitch.

Fingers crossed next week against Everton we've got Bobb, Tete and Muniz available.

Not sure why we would play Bassey out of position when we have the choice of two very good specialist LB's?

Well VAR came out for us no penalty, didn't matter though as they scored anyway.
