Coventry are obviously already up.
Ipswich go up if they win. Or if they draw, but Millwall don't win and Middlesbrough don't win by 6 goal difference or even if they lose but Millwall loses and Middlesbrough loses or draws.
Millwall go up with a win, if Ipswich fail to win.
Middlesbrough go up if Millwall fails to win and Ipswich loses or if Ipswich draws, Millwall fails to win and they win by 6 goals.
Southampton are in the play-offs, alongside the two of Ipswich/Millwall/Middlesbrough. Final play-off team will be one of Wrexham/Hull/Derby.
Wrexham are in if they win and Hull don't win by a bigger margin then them(i.e. Wrexham wins 1-0 and Hull 2-0, Hull would go to the play-offs). They also go to the play-offs if they draw and both Hull and Derby fail to win. They can go to the play-offs with a loss too, if they don't lose more convincingly than Hull, who would also need to lose their game, and if Derby loses.
Hull go to the play-offs with a win and Wrexham loss/draw or a Wrexham win that's less convincing then their win. They also go to the play-offs with a draw and a Wrexham loss with a Derby loss/draw. For them to go to the play-offs with a loss, Wrexham would have to lose more convincingly then them and Derby would have to lose too
Derby needs to either win and both Wrexham and Hull fail to win, or draw with both Wrexham and Hull losing.
On the opposite end of the table, everything is clear. Oxford, Leicester and Sheffield Wednesday are down.
Ipswich, Millwall and Derby winning, Middlesbrough, Wrexham and Hull drawing.
As it stands Coventry and Ipswich are promoted, Millwall, Southampton, Middlesbrough and Derby in the play-offs.
Thank goodness we aren't involved in all of these permutations ::scarf:: ::scarf::
Just hope Millwall don't get promoted!! Very glad to see Sheffield Wednesday won't start next season in League One with a points deduction, and nice for their fans that they are winning today at home.

I know what you mean but I loved our final at Wembley against Villa. There was no doubt in my mind we would win, despite only being a goal up and a man down. The celebrations after the match were fantastic - will never forget Denis bouncing on the crossbar and Betts running around with a flare!
Ipswich score the third. That should be over then it's Coventry and Ipswich in the PL.
All games are over now.
Direct promotion:Coventry and Ipswich
Playoffs:
Millwall vs Hull City
Southampton vs Middlesbrough
I think playoffs will be very interesting this year. Millwall are a very tricky team to beat, Middlesbrough had the best start of the year of the 4 playoff teams but have massively dropped off since, while Southampton is flying at the moment. Finally, Hull are a team that can beat anyone on their day. They actually beat Southampton both times this season for example.

I last saw Fulham at the Den (their old ground, a fearsome place) in the first ever Sunday game allowed
We drew 0 - 0 or 1 - 1 and were glad to get out alive
Almost as deparate a place as Reading's Elm Park, on busted concrete steps and no cover
Thats Harrys hopes of moving to Wrexham in the prem smashed then
Come on Middlesbrough, do it for Chris Rea
West Ham have hit the post, the bar and had a goal disallowed. Should At least be drawing
Hollywood (Wrexham) has to wait.
Tigers pip 'em to the playoffs 🐯🐅🐯

Also good to see Sheffield Wed win their final game, so they didn't finish the season on minus points!

We lost 1-0. Alf Wood I think scored.

Come on you Lions.
I live in hull, would love an easy Fulham trip next season!
Hull have by all stats and metrics this season, played like relegation candidates but have beat Millwall, Southampton and Middlesborough this season.
They've also done really well against teams in the top half while doing very poorly against teams in or around relegation.
If these traits continue, they could be a dark horse for the play offs.
Also hold a better away record then home record. First leg being at home might suit them, then a Wembley trip should feel an away day.
